Arcas posted a link to The Spukhafte Agency website today over in SO. I looked up the whois info, and the site is owned by a photographer named "Jason Barnhart" from San Francisco.

Creepy pictures, only one page, cites Einstein's Entanglement Theory "as an analogy for achieving our goals in our hypermediated world" and also mentions cryptography.

 		Whatever it is, it's not related to this game. It doesn't have the usual GMD WHOIS information. I even asked a PM a while back about it:
