[ARG] ONI-Net
The Final Chapter of ilovebees2

Anyone who remembers ILB2 (ilovebees2) will remember that it WAS NOT related to the first one in anyway other than the name and a few clues. It was a spiritual sequel that brought in dozens of members who helped start and end a war. A war in which everyone died.

Since the end of that first "chapter," several others have started and ended, all of them ending without a true conclusion. Now the game has started up its 5th or 6th chapter, but this one has really taken off.

If you'd like to get involved, head on over to these sites to get some information about where we are currently in the game.

We are in the process of helping a creature named Moloch, head of the Office of Naval Intelligence, and his 2nd In Command, Alexa help find the 7th clue to a puzzle that will help us defeat The Totenkopf, an AI that is trying to kill us all.

I'm jbsseagull on both of the forums. If you have any questions, you can ask here or on the forums/IRC. I hope to see you soon, a war begins soon.

EDIT: All the pieces have been found. The war is beginning. Join while you can.

Ok, I didn't want my last post to be too crowded. Anyway, the PupperMaster just made a post about this chapter. The final chapter. Here is the FAQ he made, and it should basically bring you up to speed on where we are headed, but you will need to dig a little deeper to catch up, or you could ask me. Anyway, here it is:

Quote:
It has come to my attention that many people have been wondering just what the hell is going on around here, how they can be involved, what is bogus and what isn't bogus.

Ilovebees2 started in March of 2006 and has since been frowned upon by some and been smiled upon by those who participated in this ARG. We started off with the epic war between Onas and Morrow and we then meeted with highly influential characters such as Minerva and later we were introduced to characters such as Sienna and Moloch from the BodieCA ARG which was apart of the Ilovebees2 story arch. Shortly after the Bodie campaign had started and Moloch disappeared, Kevin and I started talking about what we could do with all the plot holes that hadn't been filled. This is when ONI-Net came into play. I wrote up ONI-Net and I had sent my key ideas to Kevin and he approved of it passing off as official Ilovebees2 stuff for you guys to nibble on. Now here is where the trouble started.

ONI-Net had never really drawn to a conclusion as I had buggered internet and a screwed up computer so ONI-Net was put on Hiatus. Sid and I were running the Oni-Net ARG as Kevin kinda needed a little break. Now with my screwed internet and lack of communication, Sid had taken over and had to run solo for a while. I am not sure what happened with ONI-Net but I thanked him for managing to do it by himself. Now with all this ONI-Net stuff laying around on my computer, I was going to start it again but under a different name and not linked with ILB2... but I mean cmon I can't do that to you guys now can I?

So with that, ONI-Net pushed off the wall once again. With the way it semi-concluded before, a few things at the start needed to be changed in the story plot but I think it went pretty well by you guys.

Okay so with that, we fall into some snags. First off, not many people are left on ilovebees2 anymore due to the lack of official ilovebees2 ARG stuff coming around. After being away from Ilovebees2 for so long and seeing all the unofficial type stuff coming on this forum, ONI-Net was needed to draw its conclusion for those who were faitful to ILB2, as well as announce to you all that ONI-Net's conclusion is quite a long way away and will be the final installment of Ilovebees2.

Just in case you didn't catch that: ONI-Net is the FINAL installment of OFFICIAL Ilovebees2 ARG work until Kevin decides to return, or whatever reason he chooses to.

With quite a long way away to a conclusion with ONI-Net's story, you still have time to jump aboard and play. Although it looks like things are drawing to an end, things do take a while you know Wink not to mention alot more stuff coming up that I think you will all enjoy.

So with nothing further to say, I officially announce ONI-Net as the final and official installment of the Ilovebees2 saga that we have grown to love.

If you have any queries about ONI-Net, please feel free to PM me. YES this is official and YES you can still play. Let me just remind people that the only reason ONI-Net has forums of its own is to allow for some fresh air and breathing space for new people who wish to play. This doesn't mean Ilovebees2 is being abandoned at all. DaVinciScam also had forums you know Wink WOW they were used heaps.
