 		Even though the game is now officially announced the ARGish part is still going on. Most users who registered on the forums got this mail tonight

The Flickr photo is gone now, but it lead to another puzzle series. The game is announced but I don't think we have heard the last of a friend:)

Interesting, since we have a Lovecraft-based ARG going on at the moment, done by a known commercial team, for which the client (if there is one) has not yet been determined.

That said, the aesthetic seems quite different from that of Eldritch Errors.

It is odd that in Eldritch Errors there is a BA and a DC, and so far the 2 characters we have in this game are AB and HS:) I am pretty sure there not connected however, just an odd coincidence.

We were tasked to find the, when, where, who, and a friend of the who, about the picture above.

When?

We knew from the letter the 2nd expedition was 10 years after the first. Taken from wikipedia Amundsden's real factual expedition. The time was a clock on the photo, it took the longest to solve because people were not thinking right:)

So the game is still going on a bit. I _hate_ when PM's think they're being all clever by setting up and pulling the rug on their players. Good job on destroying the player base trust in the name of your "awesome plot twist!"

Wow, this thread is old. Anyway, over on Ragnar Tornquist's blog, it looks like Funcom is looking to continue this experience.
