Posted about that in the Day 21 Thread just a few hops under this one, didn't think it was related, but that was the only thing I signed up for lately. Someone over in that thread dialed the number (it's a UK number), they got a call and a text message back.

Yeah this is whats confusing me, I have no idea what its for. Im signed up for a few things, and I never even considered day 21 because it seemed to of either been delayed or vanished.
Hmm ponder...
Edit: If anyone outside the Uk wants to call, just removed the frst zero and replace it with +44

Apparently I was a recipient as well, but I either didn't get it or didn't notice and deleted it. I really hope not. What does one replace the plus sign with when you're making an international call?

I could forward the email to you again if you like?
I think if you just use 44 it will work, although I cant be definite.

Nope, I got it after all. Hadn't realized it was sent to hotmail, lol. As for the 44 thing, it didn't work. Verizon told me my call couldn't be completed as dialed.

If you're calling from the US, it'd work like this:

Direct c/p from the Day 21 thread:
Agent Lex wrote:
It looks like a UK mobile phone number to me. I rang it, it worked but just rang straight to a standard voicemail box. No message in there that I know. I didn't leave a message, in case it was someone's actual phone!
EDIT: Got a call back, from the number. The guy wasn't sure what was happening, said he didn't know about any email. I asked who he was, but he said he couldn't talk and had to go.
He did mention Jennifer though.
Return of EDIT: Got a text from the number after the conversation.

im sorry if i was short with you, there is much confusion here at london operations,it should all make sense soon-mat d
Mat D is probably the MD in the heart in the image, then.
I also, afterward, emailed Jennifer (it seems that she runs the email), basically introducing myself as "the guy that made that weird phone call", and asking what London Ops was. The reply:
Jennifer wrote:
Hello Lewis,
Jennifer here, Mat Doveloy told me about your call. I must say it's very perplexing as I certainly did not send out this email and photo but I looked in my outbox and sure enough it was there. It seems someone at our offices has been using our email, or someone has hacked in from the outside.
I can't say much about London Operations, other then that it is an intelligence agency that operates in London.
Thanks for contacting us and informing us about the email.
You'll hear from us soon.
Jennifer Falcon
So now we know what Mat D stands for, I guess.

hehehe, they can't tell you anything but they CAN tell you it's an intelligence agency?!? Wow, that's impressive, i would have thought an intelligence agency would lie about the fact that it was an intelligence agency. Anyway, I think I'm in.
EDIT: Sorry if this is completely obvious to everyone else, but I just noticed the fact that BOTH of the people we have full names of have birds in their last names...Falcon...Dove. I wonder how many other people will fill the aviary.

HAHA yes! I was thinking that!
So far my searches for anything related to this are turning up nothing.
Edit: I ran the image through some steggy programs and they turned up nothing, however that doesnt mean theres nothing there, it just means im a beginner xD

I'm wondering if this is a new ARG. Anything connected to spies has me intrigued.
I sent Jennifer an email.

I didn't receive the mail but I sent Jennifer one. Here's what I got, nothing new though:
Quote:
Hello Nicole,
London Operations has been recieving numerous emails today regarding the email and photograph attachment that was sent out at 11:15am today.
I personally am concerned as the photograph contained the mobile number of one of our agents, along with his initials inside a heart. I am of the understanding that some of the people who recieved the email are phoning and texting the agent in question.
Obviously our first concern is regarding who sent the email from my address, but we also need to know why he/she sent this email to those specific addresses. What is he trying to achieve?
Anyone who was directly emailed by this person is now very much part of this. It does seem that some others are making inquiries concerning this investigation, which is unusual but it could prove useful.
You'll hear from us soon.

Heh, looks like they were copying and pasting emails because thats the name of another player lol. I've also been searching for a london operations website but could only find an article written in 2000 so I don't think its related. But with the google email they might not have the money for domain names. Oh well, at least there might be a plot for this one which will get my mind of BG.
