I don't think this is an ARG, but I haven't spent enough time with it. http://www.lovelybysurprise.com is a site that is telling an episodic story about a woman writing a book about two brothers. The ARG-ish bit is that one of the brothers (fictional guy in a book, remember) knows that she is writing about them and reaches out from the narrative. "fictional characters who are affected by real life"

I think it's mostly a campaign for Lincoln cars, but lots of content (the book chapters, writings of the character, moving images, the movies) and even actors you recognize in the video vignettes.

Related site at http://www.mercuryvehicles.com/theneverything with differently-edited film clips of the same story, and other content like a page to explore the boat the brothers live in...

Oh, and contests to win cars and other stuff.

 		I wrote a story much like that, but it was about a murder mystery writer who suddenly realizes that the words that he is writing are coming true and the only way to stop the killer is to write himself in as the next victim.

It is odd how artists think, isn't it?

 		new poster. hi.

got here googling this movie - got tickets for its premiere and trying to find more info on it. (link) I'm confused because the site these posts are talking about (lovely by surprise, not the other one) doesn't seem to be an ARG or webisodes or anything - it's just the trailer for the film.

I only recently heard about this movie so I don't know what the site used to be. was the story originally an ARG? was anyone here participating?
