For 04.A, pay attention to what is uppercase and what is lowercase for every letter in the alphabet, there is one uppercase and one lowercase letter.
Thanks for the bone. I got a code but the site keeps telling me it is incorrect. Arghhhh!

Upgrades not working? Any one else had a problem upgrading their bots? It shows that I have 18 points available, but if I click on the upgrade link, it tells me I have none, and the descriptions keep changing. I even tried logging in with a different browser on a different machine, no luck.

there is an upgrade point cap for each bot level. your profile box will show you how many you have total, the upgrade page will show you how many you can use at that point. So if you want to use all the points, you will need to be a higher level.

tnx. technically those are two accounts. The forgot password feature isn't/wasn't working, so I created a new account, and apparently was the first to put a new code in, again. I emailed them to let them know, but they haven't done anything about it *shrug*.
So don't expect to see another thebruiseotron on that list =P
It was seen, but not going to take it away from you. Thanks though, we made sure you could use the same name twice after that.

the codes are case sensitive, so your code may be entered wrong. They are also date sensitive, so it might not be time for that code, depending on when you found it (unless it's for one of the current puzzles, then it should be working).

The code is for the newest set of clues. Keeps telling me "That code was not found in the system"
I'm gonna be pretty peeved if someone else comes along and is able to input it.
*And guess what just happened, someone else was able to use the code.*

How to crack the codes actually, there is no one way to do it. Some of them you have to look for a pattern and guess what might be there, then try to back fill letters. Sometimes it's a matter of figuring out what shouldn't be there. Sometimes it's a matter of rotating letters around. Go a google search for "Substitution Cipher" and check out the Wikipedia page, it's got some really good information that helped me get started. Sometimes, you just have to think outside the box....

wow it took me a minute to figure out what you meant by that
I entered a code over there, and got the page that said "congratulations!" etc, and a link to click on to claim the tickets, and I clicked the link, never heard anything after that... no email with a code for Fandango or anything.

No worries, emails with the Fandango codes should be going out this week. There's been a bit of a lag, but they'll be coming.
