would be any number between (but not including) 2 to 18. Hm... That doesn't really seem like it would help with a puzzle solve, though.

For Sarah B:
Reorder the seven pairs based on the first digit from 1 through 7.
Then convert the 2nd digits to their letter equivalents.

You know, I converted them to letters, and was convinced that it must mean something because there were loads of vowels. But then I stopped, to go back to my revision.

Ah, the revision, it deprives me of joy again! Smile

It updates at a decent sort of time for Brits. Maybe the pm is British?
