Perhaps not technically an ARG, but a few websites have been found that exist in the fictional world of the show John from Cincinnati on HBO.

http://yostclan.com/ contains a few puzzles and things that I haven't had time yet to explore, but it could be interesting for fans of the show.

 		photo gallery
at the yost clan fan site, the "roll" and "over" text in the main page just seemed to scramble things randomly--but then again, I'm pretty sleepy and may be missing something. And when I went to the photo gallery, the pictures had numbers like one of those plastic slidey-games. But when I solved it, all that happened was the banner at the top of the page flickered and made static noises. Any ideas for what any of this means?

(This is my very very very first post and my first ARG, by the way--well, other than areyouserious, which I got to too late and everything was already over, boo.)

After you click "Roll" and then "over", try moving your mouse over all the words in the block of text. Some will turn red, spelling out a phrase from the show.


But then it goes all fuzzy just like when you solve the 'picture-tile' puzzle, and I'm stuck. Yes, my puzzle-solving skills are pretty sad.

 		I was going to post with how to solve all of the puzzles because you had to do that to get to the special section, but it looks like the special section, called "Pipeline," is now just linked from the from page without having to solve any of the puzzles anymore. Confused

So just follow the "To Pipeline" link for maximum confusion. (I'm guessing it's just a way to do some kind of art.)

The shortcut 'To Pipeline' isn't available until after you've solved all of the puzzles on your computer and gotten in. Including puzzle solutions below:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

On the Home page click on ROLL as it blinks, then on OVER, then slowly roll your cursor over each line of the text until "some things I know and some things I don't" is highlighted in red.

On Biographies click on Mitch Yost's picture to erase a bit of it. Hold the mouse button down and you can rub off the entire picture to reveal a video which animates underneath.

On Photo Gallery hovering your cursor over each picture will reveal a number from 1-8. Rearrange the numbers as follows by clicking on a picture next to the empty slot to slide it into the opening and a ninth picture will appear.

Still unsure of what to make of the hidden section. Bit of a head trip but I haven't spotted any puzzles to it.

and I clicked the first two buttons in front of the FOUND one.

 		I typed in Yost and got a picture of the store they own. If it sits there long enough, the picture deforms. Cant make out if there is anything there. I typed in God and got something interesting too.
