Thank you very much! It is the one day (well...luckily every year) that you get to be celebrated for not having done a damned thing!

I've decided to have a masquerade so that can join us.

EDIT: (Well, it really is my birthday, & I know we are 'supposed to' remain on topic, but we get off-track a lot...especially when we are twiddling our thumbs or stuck & frustrated, or on the edges of our seats gritting our teeth, madly checking timestamps waiting for the next video & challenge...so tell us what costume you are arriving in!)

Soooo...end of the week...depends on how you look at it I guess! Sundays depress me because they are just slow lead-ins to Monday, eh?! They always feel like the beginning of the week at some point of the day. I see Friday & Saturday as the end of a week...as you also most often find on mainstream American calendars (at least), based on the Gregorian calendar (...no, I didn't just know that, I thought it was Julian & looked it up to be certain & found out that we have updated since Julian! It's only been since 1582, & no one told me, so I can't be blamed.)
But, "on the 7th day, He rested..." is in most Christian religions, taken as Sunday (or at least the ones that I was subjected to!).

So I personally feel that the end of the week is Saturday...but some stoic logical side inside me tells me that others don't, & that the end of the week is Sunday. This is getting long. I must end. Laughing

Well, you're way ahead of me! I wasn't expecting that, & just sent my digital vid camera access away to another state (with my parents when they moved Razz ). I have a digital camera for still shots that will take limited moving vid.

However...heh heh...my older brother is in LA still (worked on "An Inconvenient Truth" etc) & if I could only convince him that he loves me enough (or guilt-trip him enough - whichever comes 1st Shocked ) to come down here & shoot something, & then edit something for me...hee hee! I planted the seed when I went away to the wedding a few weekends ago... Twisted Evil He was amused to say the least (& he owes me favours for helping him on his fledgling movies b4 he moved on!). Razz
