my friend got "twenty-four hours wasn't a choice" as well. He said he got it by putting in a new line after every two characters and then rearranged a part that was reversed, but that's what he got.

I'm at http://rumkin.com/tools/cipher/ and the rail cipher isn't giving me anything. I'm trying their skip cipher and if I bypasss the first letter and skip 29, I get
hourswasntachoicehruofytnewttni
Going with what licorice said, maybe it's "twenty-four hours wasn't a choice"?
EDIT! If I run the extra letters through the skip cipher, if I don't bypass any letters and skip 14, I get "hinttwentyfour"
I got that too.

Maybe its simpiler than a coded program.

Start with h and its every other letter and then back again when you get to the end. And its in the correct order.
Write it down and cross out the letters you will see
Das Llama
Edit:
BTW:
I only figured that out because you had the correct answer.
And I forgot to say ... Great job !!!!!!

I been trying relate to what his chr is feeling and relating that to some experiances in my life .. so Hopefully he will open up to me so we can get all the stuff he knows and his plans for the Codemaster....

I'm probably looking for something that's not there, but using that skip cipher page on the X letters (iieosecmmiitytlatilaeikehe)
I see "im the tie..."
Can't figure out of its a whole message though.
