What BS, I'm getting nothing but server errors and locked hourglasses again. Anyone seeing the same?

I am stuck. no idea how to solve this one. I do see bright spots on the moon, not sure if they have meaning. Also can't make out anything in the water reflection. I guess no volvos in my future. Good luck gang.

i went with the whole putting the quarter moons together idea, but the problem is that the quarter part of the moon is on the right in the clue, but on the left when you splice the two lines together in either direction. ive tried every mirroring combination i can think of, but no luck. and, no 5th number either way. has anyone been doing the same thing?

I've cut the pieces apart but to no avail...
How do we find the fifth number?

work with chart?
mmm-hmm...that's what i'm trying to do.
but aren't some of the symbols on the lines with the quarter-moons not on the cypher?
I can identify the ones on the half moons, but only a few of the ones on the quarters.
Could one of them mean 10 or something...that would give you the elusive 5th number...

There's a blink with a cloud (right behind the "pirates of the caribbean" script...) it could possible be a black moon
