I went back to look at the feedback I gave you to look at the verbiage. Here's what I said:

post page 77:
I said people in the house could be "easily dismissed" as police.

page 78:

I approached your theories with respect and offered my THINKING. I never said I was right and you were wrong. Actually I stated that that's not what I meant when you started to take it that way.

I'm sorry if you do not understand the subtleties of the English language. But I assure you I do. I am a writer and an English Professor. So whatever you are taking as absolute condemnation of your theories, the subtext is just not there. Sorry you feel you've been attacked. But it was never intented that way. Even when you started attacking those of us who offered you feedback, I did not partake in what could be construed as making fun of you. I stayed polite and tried to show you objectively that I was trying to offer my own ideas and offer you feedback you said you wanted.

Again, I'm sorry if you just can't understand that. I'm not sure why you feel the need to be so defensive.

okay here is something new

has anyone tried this ive been looking at it for a bit and trying to work a few things out:
the cork board on the savemyhusband main page i cant seem to adjust the size of the paper to see if maybe i can see a city or anything plus there are some miss spelled words lurking around.

not sure if it could be anything but at this point and time it cant hurt

[edit - no need to spoiler your spec - if you want comments, might as well post it in the open, save the spoilers for actual puzzle answers or stuff that hasn't happened yet (cause of the early finds) - kona]

Day & Time for security tapes review
Locating the Day & time

A future message for day 7 reads as follows:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

"I figured out how to access the backup copies of the security feeds. All I need is the date and time of the footage I want to view and I can pull it up from the archives. Let me know if you need me to find any old footage by entering the time signature you want back at mom's site." (This was written by Max).

Someone many, many pages ago states that finding the time signiture is irrelevant, however according to this (unless they change this part of the plot) we're going to have to enter the time signature as an answer perhaps we need to focus on finding out the time signature. Although I'm not sure if we can figure out the time factor as yet since I suspect we'll have to look for that clue in the next 2 videos or messages. As to the day I'm assuming it would be the day of the kidnapping. But I'm curious incase anyone has any ideas about that.
[Note this is not a puzzle answer so I'm just sharing knowledge and not using the spoiler]

[edit - except it is information we aren't suppose to have yet and for those people playing the game day by day, they wouldn't have that advanced information so I put the spoiler back on it. But I like your thinking!!! kona]

I tried squinting at it yesterday. Saved the banner to my desktop and blew it up, but it was all fuzzy. And what words I could make out didn't seem to do anything for me, but they might well with someone else. So you might find someone who knows more about manipulating images.

Something has really been bothering me since the video this morning, I don't understand why Grant Tenbrook didn't know who Frank Caluori was in the first news conference (or at least he didn't say anything to the police) when Frank was a security guard at the company in which Grant was CEO of.

I know that Christina stated that she didn't know who he was, and I can understand that, oh also it looks like Sonia would have known him as well, he interupted her as she was trying to speak at the news conference.

Can someone please explain this to me or am I the only one that has been wondering about this?

I am trying to keep up but there are TWICE as many pages here as there were yesterday so I HOPE I am not repeating someone, I DID try to search, I promise!

Flowers...

I'm no one in particular but as to the flowers, I think they are pretty much unimportant. BECAUSE...

Sonia's last blog was in March. I AM SURE OF THIS because I specifically ASKED her in the email I sent WHY she had not blogged since March. THAT is a big question for me, actually, as she was blogging pretty regularly and then - NOTHING.

The flowers she looked at for Andrew were long ago. The tulips had nothing to do with her or the kidnapping or the van or any part of this scenario. THOSE flowers were spoken of while she was still blogging in March (or before, I would have to read back in her blogs).

Andrew was kidnapped two weeks ago. OUR TIME. Look at the calendar. Look closely. The calendar reads JUNE. No way are the tulips in any way related to the flowers that Sonia mentioned so long ago, those are far dead.

What are the words they use to distract people from the scent in an investigation? "Red herring"?

You're all letting the contest makers distract you from what is really important. They know it, too. THAT'S why they throw those little things in. It's up to YOU to catch the date difference and NOT let those little things distract you to the point that they become important when they really aren't.

Anyway, that's my quarter. And it still won't buy a phone call at a phone booth. hehehehe Laughing

But right next to Christine one the chair is a half-written (hand written) note or letter. Was she in the middle of drafting (another?) threatening type letter or an annonomous letter to someone regarding the case?

i swear im going to see anagrams in my sleep and you know they are sitting back somewhere laughing there a**es off at us because we dont know what we actually need and what little tidbits they through out there to keep us busy and keep us fromreally figuring it out

i picked the wrong week to quit smoking Bang Head

oh and for misspelled words on the bulleltin board im working on this one right now "comptroller" so far the only one that makes sense is crop me to roll
