[Grey District] Four Dials [Solved]

Was strolling in the Grey district just now, when I noticed a new area I hadn't seen, 20/20 apartments. Lo and behold, there's a new puzzle there!

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

text as follows:
Jackpot! A nice little gift just fell into our laps, and we need to jump on this before it slips away.

Rhodri Cymru, the renowned biochemist died last night. You have probably heard of him; he's the guy that brought all those seed cultures to Agrocorp from South America after we thought we had lost their DNA lines forever. He was trying to hold together a group of civilized survivors down in Patagonia somewhere before that whole continent went to the dogs. I hear his kids got eaten by cannibals or something so he pulled up stakes and came here to the city.

Anyways, once he got here he got snagged up by DefenseCorp. He has been working with them since day one. Seeing the kind of damage that D-Corp has done to the world already, I shudder to think what they could do with newfound bioengineering power.

Late last night, Dr. Cymru collapsed outside of his apartment and was rushed to the nearest Medicorp Hospital. Looks like he had been sick for a while; a bad ticker. We had an agent tailing him, and our gal was able to swoop in and pick up the pieces before Securicorp showed. This gives up a nice little opportunity. If we can access his files and information, we may be able to get some great intel!

However, we have to act quickly. there isn't a security flag on him so we can get in and out of the apartment without worry, but there is a wrinkle; His brother is coming to town. His little brother has been holed up down in Argentina all this time, and Rhodri was just now able to pull some strings and get his bro a one-way ticket back to civilization on a high-trajectory DCA recon flight that arrives tomorrow. As soon as his brother makes it to Rhodri's apartment, our little Weekend visit is up!

In the apartment, we found a safe. We can't crack it without making a mess, and when DefenseCorp does finally put the pieces together, we don't want them knowing we have been around. The safe has four dials, each of which can be set between 1 and 100. I have seen these kinds of mechanisms before, and if you pull the handle with the wrong numbers dialed in too many times, the whole thing locks up internally.

After a thorough once-over, our team found this note tucked under the corner of the safe: If this doesn't relate, we may have to blow the safe because we are stumped. This all looks like nonsense to us, but you seem to have a knack for these things.

See if you can't open the safe.

Underneath that is a picture with a sheet of paper with four lines.

un deg pedwar
devddeg ar hugain
deg a phedwar ugain
chwech

(If you want I can post the picture file)
4 blank spots to answer, 350 credits a pop.
*edit there is also an option to "Screw it, blow the safe"
Have at it!

It seems there is a time limit on it (although I'm not sure if that's wholly true) which is why I'm posting a new topic. (Didn't see one on here) If it's a dupe let me know and I'll nuke it, otherwise puzzle on!

Welsh Numbering System.
http://www.sf.airnet.ne.jp/ts/language/number/modern_welsh.html

Haven't tried it, but this should be the answer. Will update after attempt. SOLVED \--It worked.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
14, 32, 90, 6 The first number uses the modern system, while the others use the traditional system. By the way, it should be "deuddeg" according to the website I linked.

Good solve... too bad I need more credits (Wasted 'em on Four Keys.) Ah well, if I can get the other new puzzle from the Northside solved I might have a chance.

Shouldn't this thread title have [solved] after the name?

Either a Moderator has to do it, or Sly has to rename the thread himself, since he started it.

By the way, if anyone can post the picture for this puzzle in here and/or on the wiki, I'd really appreciate it. I've been going through updating the wiki and don't have a green account that hasn't already solved the puzzle.

Thanks all.

Wasn't sure if you still needed this, so decided to post it anyway.

Easy

I recently solved this puzzle, and it was really pretty easy.
I just googled the first line, and got a Wikipedia page on the Welsh numbering system.
