I think the code is ROT, but if you've figured out anything I haven't, lemme know.

ROT-13 gives the following.

I am going to pm TDC at the F.E.T forum from a different angle. I am not trying, in the least, to manipulate the codemaster. I am just going to attempt to set up a rapport with him. The truth is, we don't know the truth. When we do understand the underlying causes for his actions, we may disagree with his way of handling the situation, but we may be faced with the dilemma of understanding why he has done the things that he has. The true 'evil' within the story may actually have a different face.

here is a copy of a pm that I sent to tdc at the f.e.t forums. Not sure what I hope to accomplish but maybe he will at least enjoy learning more about me. Hopefully he will confirm or deny my speculations. Wishful thinking I suppose, but I was trying more of a direction of understanding. Definitely not condoning his actions, but at least possibly understanding the motive.

Just got a reply from my very personal pm that I sent to TDC. His tone seems to have changed, at least in this message. Here is what he sent

It isn't a lot of info but it does seem to acknowlege the Julius Caeser reference with the king of diamonds. What did Julius Caeser do that TDC would have the means of doing also? Is it a red herring? Right now its too late for me to try and find a connection. Happy hunting everyone.
