missing

Now go.html has gone missing on their site! This could be a big hint that the error page was truly an error, not a hidden clue. Gotta love these games, how they make you read into absolutely everything. Great work on the number crunching though!

Well the more days that pass without an update or reschedule, the more methinks we have indeed been invited to pass GO.....

Now if I only knew where to GO?

I emailed NetVenture and asked about the error. Their response:

No idea how some people wouldn't be getting the error, since a link points to a non-existent page! I wonder if they're downplaying the problem in order to keep interest.

GO

Well, that is disturbing...

Perhaps we should encourage Virtuquest to skip us over this initial error to join the rest of the gang! Of course, where are they discussing their progress? I haven't caught any wind of anyone's success.

I too wrote 'contact@virtuquest.com' but was promptly ignored. I'm glad somebody's confirmed contact with them at least. Does anyone know the story behind this company? Do they really make a living from ARGs? Sounds like a pretty cool lifestyle to me.

A couple of weeks ago I had written contactSPLATvirtuquest.com and requested more information about what they do. This was their reply:

So it does indeed sound like they make a living off of ARGs. The indoor alternative to a company picnic?

pay

I know with my site, it's always the paying customers that come first - that's why updates to my personal stuff come so far apart! Perhaps they've got other clients bogging them down for 'back-to-school' adventures. I'll continue to check up on them, because I'd really like to get in on the ground floor for one of these...
