is that enough

is that enough proof that it was discussed over and over in this thread or do you need more?

 I thought

We left the old forum to stop arguing, and reposting things that were already said. This forum is not here to get short with other players. Its to help them. So PM insults and such please as well, read back to see if something has already been posted. Its also important to remember although people have already posted something, they're trying to help. And when this is discovered, you can (if you register) delete previous post.

Dang....
12 hours gone and...

the whole world changes on me - it's like a nuclear meltdown: The PMs switching stuff around, 947,002 new pages to read (between the old thread and now there is a new one...), gang-warfare and bloodshed all over the UnStreets... seriously more than my poor old cranial cavity was prepared for!!!

Ok - shock is out of system now - back to thoughts, ideas etc. First of all, toooooo many posts to reply to but I see a pattern happening - a lot of "desperation" showing through. We (as a general "we") need to step back and:

a) Stop making mountains out of molehills ("Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar...") - not everything is going to be a clue, and when you start looking too hard at everything - nothing stands out. ("If everything is priority - nothing is priority")

and

b) Stop being sidewinded by false websites and statements (there are those who would like to give us false info just to mess with us...) - any website that is of real consequence will be either given to us directly via the PMs or will be found as a link on one of those sites. This is laid out in the official rules.

I am home again and going back to the steg work, although I suspect that is merely spinnin my wheels, it's worth a shot...

SMH

no, i mean the actually save my husband site. I guess it just hasn't finished updating yet. Yesterday, the site was up and ready at 6:02. Since it's taking so long, either they're scrambling to make more changes, or we have a very complicated task today. Both possibilities lead to a very busy day for the unfiction crew, which is a good thing because I'm tired of waiting up all night in anticipation just to type in an answer to a puzzle that was solved two weeks ago.

Hello FLgata!

Reminds me of another Cursing game we have both played in the past. Laughing

Nixed the game?

If they nix the game, we should boycott all three companies involved. Maybe even start a protest outside of all of our neighborhood Applebee's.

Tardiness

They are well over an hour late at this point. I really hope they didn't cancel it. Does it say anywhere in the rules that they can cancel the contest at any time for any reason?

Official Rules

In answer to Beater's question ...
Official Rules wrote:
Should any portion of the Challenge be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Challenge.

Personally, I think the PM's got kidnapped by Grant Tenbrook before they were able to get the game up today.
