Some more Speculation
Hope this is hidden...if not may be considered spoiler hope i did it right...sorry i tried

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
i have a feeling we are all over thinking all this and i know that has been mentioned previously .. so in the spirit of simplfied guessing and the belief that SMH PM's underestimated everyone's intelligence for this particular game (note to court tv...find out who volvo's PM's are) and that the answers are right in front of us.... i think at least ONE of the people responsible for Andrew's kidnapping was SONIA. Help me...does it say anywhere only one person responsible for arranging???) Anyway i think she wrote the email to Andrew luring him to the spot where he was kidnapped. She and/or an accomplice was standing there with a video recorder/camera and recorded the snatch. She and/or the accomplice then recorded the ransom plea. Note 1st days videos were on same camera. in her blog she refers to friends from the old days and the thought that she has no obligation to keep up with her past, but maybe her past caught up with her and they became her hired kidnappers. In her blog she likens herself to a cougar and here is some of what i found on the cougar:has the most extensive range of any terrestrial mammal in the western hemisphere ,
stalks its prey to within two or three great leaps, then launches a lightning-fast charge (predator)
is extremely elusive and a master of camouflage. More interesting than a fish!
So.....Grant is another choice as co- kidnapper arranger with her for all the OBVIOUS pre-stated reasons. But maybe Carson should be considered too ...as there is Reeded Media thus Zendorel holding address connection (will ponder that more later)
As for the address...8 North Cherry Street again obvious to a fault. But then maybe the PM's did not expect anyone to find the newspaper and it is not listed on the SMH website. And at the risk of getting deep focus more upset why wasn't 20 Jay Street blurred out of the two press conference videos . This is another STREET address ITG by virtue of it being where press conferences were (front of Akarm) so could that be answer. Who knows in the end it got more confusing than i ever thought it would.
Anyway just my 2 cents worth, would love comments. Thanks.

SPILLING THE BEANS

I see a lot of you are still confused about things. Let me clear things up. First of all, many of us knew the answers before the game even began, including who and where. This ruined it for me and I know for many of you. A lot of people just gave up at that point and I don't blame them. The people in charge of this game (Deep Focus) made SO MANY mistakes (I have a post days ago where I listed 14 major issues off the top of my head but I gave up after that)! No hacking or technical skills were ever involved in getting our answers… Just wisdom. The videos, the questions, the answers (both right and wrong answers!), and EVEN THE PERSONAL INFO OF THE DEEP FOCUS EMPLOYEES INVOLVED IN THIS PROJECT was uncovered because they didn't know what they were doing! They upset the players, their own staff and I'm sure their sponsors as well. When we saw the videos, we knew that it was Grant behind the kidnapping and we were told that Andrew was being held at "Grey Corner." In fact, if you look at the source code for TODAY'S SMH page, it even specifies "Grey Corner" ("day8_greyCorner" and "day8_greyCorner2"), even though the video has been changed! As many of you have noticed, the video has been "dubbed" or changed, and it now says "Curry Street." This is SO WRONG! We are once again seeing the incompetence of DF. DF shouldn't change details like this and now there are several possible locations. If they change or have changed anything else, please let us know! It's not fair that people are submitting the wrong answers based on previous information. Don't you see how that gives an unfair advantage to someone who does all their research and submits their answer AT THE END? I am really upset by this whole thing (as many of you are). Please don't misunderstand me. I am GLAD that they changed things after their mistakes BUT they did EVEN THAT all wrong and it's not fair to everyone.

So where does that leave us? DF introduces a new character (Robert Johnson) and DF points to him as the murderer now, and DF probably made another mistake with "Curry Street." For example, that's just a street, not an address. It can't be cherry because that's not what he says and it's not even definitive, just another thing to investigate. However we do know it is "supposed to be" Grant (correct me if I'm wrong) because everyone officially had access to the old prints before they were changed, and it is clear that they were changed to this Robert Johnson guy BUT we don't know if that's DF covering their mistakes or if it's part of the game. What a mess they made!

I suggest we DON'T give up at this point and figure out what DF is thinking (IF they are) but regardless, this is a mess. We also don't have definitive feedback yet, correct? According to the Google cache, the 3 possible replies were:

1.) Yes! You MUST be right! Thank goodness! I'll get this information to Detective Kinlan! We'll contact you and tell you how it all goes!

2.) No, that can't be right. You only have ONE MORE CHANCE to get it right!

3.) I'm sorry, that was wrong. Hopefully someone else figures it out in time!

I see that IS NOT what you guys are getting. That is WRONG because there are several possible answers at this point. These things need to be definitive!!! Not based on speculation. If you guys at DF disagree, I want to have a discussion with you! Haven't you guys at CourtTV and DF heard of evidence? Guess this case is going to trial and it's in the hands of a jury to decide. Surely we can't make the determination at this discombobulated state. It's cases like this that cause the OJ's of this world to go free.

Your thoughts are welcomed and encouraged. I also want to thank the real investigators who were here from the beginning uncovering everything and sharing their findings, rather than only looking out for themselves or just lurking, letting everyone else do the work.

I'm confused...........
Sonia's Camera?

I am still confused about the reason for Sonia's camera being found at the scene of the kidnappers murders....

Was she involved somehow? And do you think that the powers that be will actually explain anything tomorrow? lol

prints

There are names of people for 00927016 to 00927024 but no prints for them. These must be new hires that haven't had their prints done yet. Here are the changes that were made to the prints:

Carson Brees from ..04 to 07
    Grant from 09 to 19
    Sonia from 07 to 04
    Frank from 12 to 21

Robert Johnson must have been a new hire because there wasn't any prints for him previously.

I saw so many posts of how people were upset that the game was being *ruined* by posters on this site. Previous to SMH I never even knew games like this existed. It has fascinated and intrigued me for the past week. I found this site quite early....the brilliance of it is>>>>>
If you don't want to know the answer don't roll over the SPOILER tab!!
It's that easy! I enjoyed the early discussions and different thoughts about the game and, yes, I have even used a spoiler to get my answer on day two. But after that I got the gist of it. I didn't need to roll over the spoiler anymore.

It seems seems like a relatively new concept. I'm sure it's been around for a while, but many people have never heard of it. The PMs for this particular game has done a FANTASTIC job of drawing in new people, don't you think? I can't imagine how many are playing but just look at the number of threads and posts on this site!!! The number of lurkers is probably at least quadruple that!

Other posters were right in saying that they have to play to a very large range of people. If this were too hard people wouldn't do it. I have to say that while it was relatively easy and straightforward for the most part, I was really challenged at times and spent a LOT of time sleuthing.

I am totally impressed with peoples knowledge on this thread.....
I'm serious!!

What if.......
Today was the first day you played this game and you had to catch up. Everything that was found prior was changed and you have no idea that at one time Grant's fingerprints were what are now Robert Johnson's. You watch the videos and the person that killed the kidnappers stated that the paper trial was so think that it would never lead back to him. When you match the fingerprints and notice that there isn't any other information regarding Robert Johnson - then you might assume that Robert is really under the radar. Would you have a fair chance on this game??? I mean the only other way one would have to learn about the prior changes would be to come to a site such as this and I really don't think that a site like this was part of the original plans of the people that designed the game.
Just food for thought.

i agree completely... if they are two random answers then that not only wasted the time of everyone on this board with a back story but also everyone playing this game period... just the fact alone that they say "curry street" bothers me...maybe that's how cherry street is pronounced there or something, who knows...but there is no address mentioned anywhere with curry street in it and who the hell is robert johnson anyways? they got some 'splainin to do if those are the answers

PixieChix,
I agree with the first part of your message which states that it is wrong to blame us for ruining the game. It was Deep Focus who did that. However, I strongly disagee they did a "FANTASTIC job of drawing in new people." They actually turned off a lot of people and there's less activity on this site than before. Don't go by the number of threads. That was a decision by SpaceBass (the owner of this site) and one that many of us disagreed with (do we REALLY need 150 threads to go through now, especially on your low bandwidth? Give me a break!) What a waste of time!

I'm glad you enjoyed it but that wasn't the case with a lot of those involved. I hope you go back and read what happened.

Even though I haven't registered since Day 1, I've been here - throwing in my two cents worth. The person I most enjoyed reading thus far on these threads has to be The Grinder. I love his well thought out posts and his unbelievably insightful ideas.

Just had to say that..

Now... On the videos.. Why are there three kidnappers and only two shots. Doesn't it seem that there is a third kidnapper that squealed and ran away with Grant? The rules and/or the question doesn't really clarify whether or not you can answer more than one person. If it was somehow a co-op of people, which clearly there has been. Why are they asking for only one person... or are they?

The question you have to answer is:
"Who is the person behind Andrew's abduction?"

so... one person, I'm thinking.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I truly don't know who to choose - Grant or this Johnson person... I don't know what is part of the game and what isn't!

The funny thing is I SAID that I watched all the videos (as did several other people), yet no one asked me what I found! I pointed out how we knew the answers to every day, yet no one inquired. People lost interest in this, they didn't suddenly get ethical and not want the solutions. They wouldn't be here if that was the case.

As far as your question. there are TWO kidnappers and we think it was Sonia who was there and ran. We knew she was involved and it was her camera that was used from the very beginning and I even mentioned that in one of my posts. Finally, they are not asking for their names, only who was behind the kidnapping. Again, DF is to blame for the confusion.

Hope this helps...

murder video

You can hear a woman at the end of the video. Why would Grant fire Sonia and then have her with him to video the shootings? And if Grant was the one doing the shooting, how did Robert Johnsons prints get on the weapon? Maybe Sonia found out about the meeting place and was hiding there and when she seen the killings got scared and dropped the camera. It sounds like a woman running and possibly 2 cars leaving.

What I am REALLY wondering...
About the end of this game...

Is how much of an "accounting" we will be given. It will not be enough just to know who and where - I would want a complete description of:

a) WHY - in detail, and
b) HOW - in detail

For instance, the details on why Sonia was fired, what happened in the missing 34 seconds, why Sonia's camcorder was used (and how he got it), what were the papers on the desk that were put there and or removed, how much of the stuff that was changed was actually IG and how much was just sloppy prep....

I have a LOT of questions I would like answers to in the end; and quite frankly, if we don't get them I am going to very upset with CourtTv - it used to be my"bible" but I am having some serious rethinking about that after all this....
