I don't suppose you tried "throat-warbler mangrove"...

Oh, wait. Wrong medium.

The calc #'s google as a zip code for Clearlake Oaks, CA

I can't keep second guessing myself. I know I've already googled sooooo much on all the pages. I'd LOVE to come up with something new, but I'm just not sure it's there.

This kind of second-guessing doesn't make a lot of sense (although, after everything else that's happened today, it's understandable). From an in-game perspective, the zip code referred to by the digits on a calculator on a website would not be sufficient reason to assume that Andrew is being held somewhere within that zip code. Somehow, in some way, it has to hang together logically.

Cherry Street is the logical place for Andrew to be held. If it turns out not to be the right answer, then DF will have their hands full coming up with an explanation as to why whereever they stashed him was "more" correct.

That said, of course, if this turns out to be the case, they will already have such an explanation in mind. I look forward to reading it while chomping down my baby back ribs.

I know, I know! It's not logical. Just someone else throwing us in a different direction. Really, if s/he knew what they were talking about, they would have put their answer in instead of some gobbly-gook! I have to go to bed.

Ugh, yes.

It was the first school shooting, I think, quite awhile back. A ten and 13 year old?? The oldest got out about a year ago and is right back in for breaking parole in a bad way, weapons and drugs.

I've only lived here two years and I pulled my kids OUT of the school...because mine were here at Westside where it happened and I had suspicions why after awhile so I homeschool mine now. They're about to graduate soon anyway.

Thats really sad. I would have done the same thing too if it were my kids.

It was pretty terrible for my kids. We were new here, a long way from home (Alabama)...and my kids (abusive) dad died in a freak accident. They never had closure and still have no peace. But...they had to go to Alabama then had to wait so long until the body was released...and the school was downright MEAN to my boys...wouldn't excuse even one absent day for their dad, wouldn't counsel them or allow me to take them out for counseling, nothing. If that's the way they treat hurting kids, it's no wonder, I told them...and I pulled my kids. GRRRR...

Anyway...that's that story. I'd never send a kid here to Westside. The city schools are pretty decent though, we started out in one.

*sighs* Tired, I've been fighting the lag on these stupid pages for about 14 hours now...hard to research when you can't load pages. I couldn't get into the forum at all for hours.

Back in a few. Smile

Thats amazingly sad, and like you said if thats the way the schools treated them no wonder something like that happened. Almost seems like the kid who did it was probably ignored and it could have been adverted. I hope your kids find closure, but what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger so Im sure they are very strong minded people.
Very Happy @ you. We've had to be. But, yes, it makes you better people, I think. Gives you empathy for others. The kids have a bit to work on but they'll get there, they just need some time. Smile

Im fully confident that it is cherry st. I think that if it was anything else, it would have had to be a lot easier to find. It cant be that easily overlooked by the god knows how many of us who searched forever.

Surprised lol

Someone said it was the address of the Cinema and that, because HE (the royal HE) said his connection was hidden well, there's no way it would be Cherry...and it sure didn't sound like the kidnapper said Cherry. So I just changed mine. I'll either get it wrong or not but if I'd left it Cherry and it was right it wasn't worth but 32 cents anyway. lol Surprised

countdown time

Have they still not fixed the countdown timer? Mine says that the time left is 6:18. I thought we were supposed to be all done at 6AM EDT, which is more like 3:18 from now.

No, my bad. 3:17 from now.

It's just that I'm flying out of town tomorrow, and I'm leaving home at 5AM PDT, which should be two hours after everything is said and done; I was hoping to get ...wait, 3:16 now... some confirmation that I (we) was (were) right...

Y'all have any ideas if y'all will go to another and which one?

I want one I don't have to be online 24/7...nice, easy pace.

OMFG if they played word trickery on us like that the whole time, I would never forget it. I would probably never eat at applebees or buy a suzuki either. Ive spent far too long staring at this screen to have them pull that kind of crap lol

you could be right. It's about a good of guess as any, with what we've had to work with.
