Lets take a breath now and think, we have been given all the information we need to progress, no need to phone anyone, remember these people are going to be out of game, they won't have clue what is going on, if you were in their shoes would you like random strangers phoning and asking weird questions. What are the significant parts of the message. I don't know if the SXSW, Google and 2006 part are important or just a way of the caller identifying himself to Alan, the Purloined Letter. is a detective novel by Edgar A. Poe, does anybody know anything about it, and finally the store awning. The way I read it was the words are important, not the KMQ initals, so a bit more google-fu and we should find the website. Ionic it would still be outside of the game, even if permission were needed which I doubt, contacting Googles PR department would achieve nothing because we know who is responsible for the game, The point is it is a story, if you wanted to you could ask the authors flat out, but that would be no fun, right Smile
