If Nonames was OOG (one of us) he would have posted here. Instead all his info leads us to believe hes a character. Lets see what we can dig up concerning partmaps and the fish comment.

We might need to go "Ol' school" on this and grab a tape recorder and slap it to the speaker just so u can transcribe it later.. If anyone else can do better, please help Wink

In the worst case scenario grab a pen and paper to jot down important info.

 		I've got skype downloaded as I've mentioned, but I wouldnt be able to record.

Partmaps is a spamtrap, I'm pretty much 100% sure on that.
Nonames isn't neccesarily a UF member, so just because they don't post here doesn't mean they are IG. The fact that they picked up on that as a possible clue and their information has been made to look as though they are related to our guy in some way makes me think they are not a character.

EDIT: I may be mistaken, but can't you also have free text conversations on skype? There may not even be a need to transcribe if you don't have to have a voice chat.

 		Exactly the same reason I havent done anything as well. This is where we really need to pull together as a group I think..we need to figure out how this discussion needs to go. What exactly are we aiming to find out from him?

 		Well we have until 9.35 to figure it out if that theory is correct. Gives time for others to get on here too, make it more of a collaboration. I would say maybe something acting like we know him or Larry, but pretending to be involved has burned us somewhat in the part.

That sounds about right. Be friendly and inquisitive but not too forward. Go with your instincts, they are usually right.
The line should be secure, you might want to ask him if it is secure. Then go from there.
Tell him we saw the messages on Youtube and have been following the story etc., i.e. go with the truth...
Tell him theres a secure group of people that are trying to help him..

 		chill guys... nonames is me... is was seeing if partmapsSPLATburningman.com was a clue, before you told me it was a spam trap. i picked that name because he used it in that message. sorry i posted it. like i said, i thought it might be a clue and i didnt even know what a spam trap was <.< i jumped the gun a little before seeing what you guys thought about that 'clue'. didn't you guys figure it was me? especially because i posted about partmaps on the forum... -.-"

and n2, don't say you're tpetal from allentown... that means (if thats actually him) that you're trying to be him. "Hi! I'm you!" doesn't make the best opening line.

Edit: nevermind... i thought you said HI I'M TPETAL FROM ALLENTOWN. now that i went back and read it, it makes sense.

ok i was reading over the 2nd message and realized that if that is our tpetal on skype he wants to be able to recognize LARRY....

I did a little research on the link I found at the bottom of that code on the radio station's site. It linked me to a Government translator by the name of Fred Burks, who met with government officials on September, 16 2002.

The meeting was with high ranking officials and a dignitary from Indonesia. I believe that the name used was Megawati. Im guessing that this person may have stayed at the Westin around the time that first letter was written saying go with project osprey.

The meeting involved increasing the income for the country, Im guessing that a festival like the one for burning man would bring in a lot of money. Possibly they were using Larry to get ideas for this project. That might explain how Wahsington DC fits into the picture as well.
