My thoughts and feelings on the game and this forum
general

Before anyone tries to ask me what I'm doing here, the only reason I ever found this forum is because I was searching for information and clues, as we were told to do. I have been visiting since day 1. I kept telling myself to stay away and definitely don't join this forum. I finally have had enough and had to vent it all. This is only because the sites have been taken down. I can only hope that they are changing everything. I was shocked and disappointed that people would actually share answers with others, especially in a public forum. At first all I could do was think that is was possibly part of the game. I checked the WHOIS and determined otherwise. I guess some people are so well off financially that the prize is no object to them. Either that, or they are too incompetent or lazy to figure out everything, so they are willing to compromise the game since they can't win anyway. Thanks a lot! I have to say though, I have a LOT of clues that have not even been discussed. I have spent every waking hour and many sleepless nights on this. I got to the point where I stopped worrying about this forum because it seemed to come to a screeching halt days ago. Maybe it's because people like me realize how stupid it is to give away the important clues. I will never disclose mine. That would be like giving away my bank account number and just letting people take what they want! It's a shame, but most likely the people posting all the answers have ruined the game. I don't think that anyone who got ahead in the game is to blame necessarily, because to me, it's all just good research. It's the people who actually post their findings that screw it up! I'm so glad that your little 5 seconds of fame is more important than money! And I'm so glad that so many people want everything just given to them. I have a friend that I told about this game and I refused to tell him any answers. It's funny how much he would ask me and get mad because I wouldn't give him the answers. I figured if we could at least keep up with each other, maybe we could confide in each other, but he has yet to get to day 5. Anyway, it's a shame that people's stupidity will most likely compromise the game. I have nothing against CourtTV, Suzuki, or Applebee's. I love watching CourtTV, I love Suzuki motorcycles, and Applebee's is a good place to eat/drink. I guess they were oblivious to the fact that there are so many "gamers" that think playing the game is more important than enjoying the real fruits of their labors. I guess we (meaning the makers of the game and I) have learned a lesson!

I see you and I BOTH watch Court TV and few other REAL tv shows. Yes I in fact am POSITIVE that detectives work together. As far back as detective work goes. Thank you very much. Enough with the naysayers. If you don't want to be here go home. It amazes me that ppl come here to see what they can find out and then criticize where they got their answers from!

I wish you would make it private!
general

I didn't come across this site looking for answers to the puzzles. This game is about a lot more than that. One very important source of clues hasn't even been discussed here yet. I answered the day one puzzle in less than 5 minutes by myself. I did the one with the periodic table before I even saw the video or got the elemental text. The one about the password using "predictive text", I have known about Phonespell for ten years! There is nothing on here so far that is hard enough to even have to share answers. What led me to this site was my search for any clues and information that I could find online. I think this forum should be made private for us people that want to play the game by ourselves or by just confiding in a select group. If I know the game is being discussed here, sure, I am going to look. If you don't like me being here, take your little forum and lock it so people like me won't be able to post. You are a bunch of idiots for not making it private anyway. Good Luck solving the mystery, but by what's posted here, you most likely won't!

one more thing!
detective work

This isn't just an alternate reality game. There is a REAL part to it as well. That would be the cash prize. If it were just a game to solve the mystery and talk about it, I would have never came here because I would have no motivation to spend so much of my time on it. Anyone that says it just to play the game and not about the money must know that they are in fact relying on everyone else here to try and solve it, and therefore can only feel like they in the game by using other people. But as I said before, the select few people on here that do have good insights on the case, have seemed to hush lately, and obviously they are the real players. They have the brains to figure things out, while having the sense of reality here not to give out what is vital to completing the game!

I like the whole spoiler tag thing. That is great for people like you, saved, who don't want to see the answers.
Personally, I think everyone is going to be on their own on the last puzzle anyways and that's the only puzzle that matters. There's gonna be a hundred people swearing they have the right answer and no one is going to know their arse from a hole in the ground.

And also, saved, the regular posters here already saw the last videos. They know the answer to the last puzzle, so it makes sense that they are not participating. They can't brainstorm something when they already know the answers.

"your thoughts and feelings"
here's mine

when i first dtarted playing SMF i was in it for the money too. but by day 3 i became well aware that there will be so many winners that the prize $ was no longer a compelling factor. some of us simply enjoy the playing itself. im sure im not alone in this. the PURPOSE of a site like this is to BRAINSTORM with others, isnt it obvious? i dont post often, and i watch other threads. but im sure most of us only come here for real help when we get REALLY stuck. nobody forced you to continue to read once you found this site. anyway, a lot of us have found that on occasion the answers have slight discrepancies as to how they have to be entered, and im sure that when it comes down to the final moments, its not going to be so simple after all!
