**incorrect**if I was a sony fanboy i'd be using the image tags as a sign halo 3 would be coming on on ps3... somehow lumping the sony brand into something ingame doesn't seem right.**

It seems more likely the poster used those tags to attract more hots

 		I apologize, I have been loosely following the happenings since Wednesday, but I had the MCAT yesterday and am behind on everything and trying to play catch up. The sota site says something about Normal, IL. I am from Bloomington/Normal, IL. Is there anything that I can do?

Congratulations on getting to your test, and good luck on the results. It's a tough one, so you've got no need to apologize for missing out on what's bound to be the least important week of this ARG.

So far, there's no indication that anything is going to happen in Normal, IL since much of the ARG is going to deal with events in Africa. Also, Microsoft ARGs have normally stuck with events in the big cities; they're just trying to be cost-effective, but I understand the desire for the flyover states to get some love, too. It would be good to have some attention paid to us.

 		Proper timeline
I'm thinking that we are too far ahead to find anything at the moment. If you take into account what our findings timeline should be, then it would look something like this:

Saturday - Protests are held and we discover Societyoftheancients.com, which after some sifting should turn up the Transmission Log.

Sunday - Incase we missed the protests, we find an ad in the newspaper for the comic, which also leads to the Transmission Log.

This clears up how we find out about SOTA, because that was the one thing that was really bothering me. I mean we really brute forced our way into the SOTA website, and it appears that we should have found it before the countdown. Now with the protests coming out before the comic it all falls into place. Ergo, we really shouldn't get anything more until at least today or tomorrow at the earliest, because we are ahead of the schedule, and if the PMs don't feel like working overtime, then Monday could be the next update...

 		im new to arg's and really don't know what its all about. but some of you guys were talking about Desolation and i found it interesting that its map description is "Once a scientific outpost, this derelict Forerunner facility waits patiently to be reactivated."

maybe on the 21st its waiting will pay off?

not really wanting to cross post but :- i'm sure I read it wasn't due for publishing till this weekend... http://www.flyermall.com/web/flyer/flyerPreview.html?pNo=10&sid=182 the flyer offers are valid from the 15th but these things are usually out with consumer before that, and the guy who passed me this scan has had that flyer since Tuesday 12th.

 		I changed the time on my 360 and loaded up Desolation but I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. I changed the times a few times throughout but noticed nothing of mention. You may have to be connected to live to see the change. Once you sign in you cannot change the time on the 360. We may hve to wait till the 21st and see.

Ok, So I know how we were all working to eliminate www.27.com from being In Game, and I was in the same exact boat, getting sick of people talking about it, but I maybe found a 42Entertainment link? Or it may be a really strange coincedence?

I was rewatching the Gamehead video the other night looking for clues and I noticed right at the beginning (1:03) when Geoff is interviewing Jordan Weisman, there is a Hello Kitty poster up in the window behind them (It was talked about in a different topic here the day the video came out, but not considered in this topic that I saw/remember). It seems too random to not be something, I doubt that 42 are a bunch of rabid Hello Kitty fans.

The 'Homepage' banner on 27.com has been a Helo Kitty photo for a while.

www.27.com was updated sometime in the past day or so, "Katie" added a new picture of a Nokia Phone that she wants, and mentions that she has added a Shoutbox, and that someone has been "using her name".
If you zoom in the picture it shows the time 15:32 in the corner with a strange green background (that color green reminds me of Xbox for some reason) checked the picture of the phone out in notepad too but didn't see anything jump out at me, Someone should try and Steg it...

(Its good to see some familiar names back from ILB Smile I mostly lurk, but helped enhottenate an axon or two back then. Here to help again this time around - and lurk some more Laughing)

 		Hey guys I am at a conference in LA right now. I am keeping tabs on the forums, but wont be active again until Monday, so if anything comes up that deals with networking, web code, etc. that no one else here can figure out, just PM me and I will try and work on it on and off during the next couple of days.
