Dude, I'm freakin' out maaaannn.

I just got so excited for this, could be the pain pills, but no matter, it's awesome.

Also, in the countdown is VIO supposed to be VOI? Lolz.

There's something... odd... about that cocuntdown. It's not strict hours, minutes, and seconds. Just watch the "seconds" go through a full cycle to see what I mean.

Kinda surprised Bungie or whoever is running this thing caught up so quickly. If it was an add that wasn't supposed to to out until this weekend, they would have had time, but the PMs must have seen we found it and had to do a quick fix or something.

Go team!

It's counting down to 12 the on 21th. Whitch is Thirsday(Wednesday night).

Okay, Iris Initiated(Iris, will carry us to salvation. I believe it is either The Ark or the way to The Ark) Vio (probably Voi) transmission, because that is where Iris is(the structure is called iris, a "space elevator" as someone described.

System bypass? Why is someone bypassing the system?

Supermodified. Possibly he is just repeating the symbols that he saw near machines or something like that. But yes i do have to agree that its very strange.

This comic suggests that primitive humans were around at the moment the ark was being built, which also means that the Forerunners were not related to us and that we are not their descendants. This leads me to my speculation that the forerunners intended to preserve at least a bit of humanity before the halos were fired and thats why the Ark was created, they have left all their machines to respond to human DNA or something like that and call them reclaimers, like they expected humanity to go out and find everything that they left behind.

Nope. The Gods are not revealed. Only the machines.

My entire point was that there is a greater seperation between humanity and the forerunners and now we can only guess who the forerunners where, since they might have not been human at all. Humanity has existed in its primitive form much earlier then the construction of the ark, which now invalidates the seeding theory, the ark is probably a shelter from the Halos.

1 minute in the clock appears to be 114 seconds.

Who's to say they didn't program AI's to "seed" the Earth after they wiped out all sentient life?

Yup base 7. But this begs the question what kind of a time format is it following 60 seconds 60 minutes 24 hours 365 days?

So... many... Recaculations...

I am gooing to go ahead and asume the whole thing is in base 7(mainly because the days are at 6) as well, as the second thing, I will see if it goes to 16 minutes or 19....

Wait, how many hours are there in a base 7 day?

EDIT: 114 seconds in a base 7 minute. 114 minutes in a base 7 hours? and still, how many hours in a base 7 day?

EDIT2: it counts down from 113, down to 0, then from 66 in base 7. so 7*6(amount of countdowns) = 42 + 13(wierd count) = 55 seconds a minute. Now to find out how many minues in an hour...

EDIT3:Same that goes for minutes goes for hours. there are 55 seconds in a minute, so 55 minutes in an hour. Now how many hours in a god damn day...

NOTE: I suck at math when it comes to this stuff, so please correct me.

Anyone know how to analyze this?

http://206.16.223.65/clock.swf

The clock itself has the seconds running down from 113, so while you might assume its 12 on the 21st, the other values may also not be in "earth" time. Hell this thing may be done tonight...

Just a note.. we might want to recalculate the whole thing AR said over at bnet in base 7..

Edit: decompiling the flash file now.
