Some observations about Sonia....

Did anyone else notice there seems to be a lot more mystery behind Sonia than initially meets the eye? For example, I noticed in her blog that she refers to her desire to ignore or leave her past behind at least three times: 1) When she meets the guy who wants to know all about her and wants her to meet his family (her comment was "Maybe that's why married guys are after me. Because it's actually me after them. I don't need to explain my life – past or otherwise – to anyone."), 2) when she sees the old friend and because she felt uncomfortable, she decides to focus on new friends and leave her past behind her, and 3) she mentions her doctor tells her that her back problems could be related to stress in her past and remarked, "Weird that he proposed that" almost as if she was amazed at his accurate assessment.

Also, who is the new guy that she's falling for - Grant? Andrew? (since she seems to be a married man magnet)

And, of course, with the last video showing Sonia has disappeared, we may have a sequel going on now. Or a convenient segue into the next game.

Anyway.....all of this may be moot, it just stood out to me like a sore thumb and was a loose end that never got quiet "tied up." This has been my first "game" and it was fun although I also think it was really too easy and in fact, I actually didn't trust the ease of it so I've been digging far deeper than necessary.......then again, I don't want to jinx myself or get the head honchos mad enough to change all the answers now that we've submitted, so I'll leave it at that. *LOL*

I enjoyed how so many of you eggheads on this site were overthinking this game. I say that with admiration, as someone who is usually very slow at solving games like Myst and such, because it was obvious to me early on that this game was made relatively EASY for doofs like me. Dunce

But anyway, I don't think they would make Sonia end up missing unless they planned to use that somehow in the future. In her video, she drops the camera and gasps when Grant shoots the kidnappers, then you hear ONE set of footsteps running and ONE car race off, and you can hear her make another little whimper during that time.

So now it seems to me that it was Grant we heard running off, and she just stood there paralyzed, but he didn't see her, or he would have shot her too. My guess is that she came to her senses, gathered up the money and took off with it, maybe hopped a plane or whatever. It would be at least $100,000, half of what they said Grant hired the killers for.

You all might think I'm crazy to still be "playing" this game, when so many of you were ticked off by the glitches and whatnot, but I never played an ARG before and found it fun. I don't want to stop playing!

All of a sudden there are more threads about Sonia. How about we consolidate any further discussion back to the original Sonia's Life thread.
Thanks.
