Sorry, I've been sleeping/out all day. CM e-mailed me too!

Thank you. Tell me, why do you teach? Why do you have no job?

In reward for your answer, here is a clue:

I got into teaching because I couldn't think of anything else to do with an English degree and have stayed because I love the kids. They're hilariously funny and they have so much to offer to anyone who is willing to listen. I like to listen. I have no job because most of the schools in Michigan are not hiring teachers right now, so I'm waiting for schools to start realizing they need teachers and, hopefully, hiring me.

Thank you very much for the clue.

This is fun!

Here's what I replied to the CM with - just for refrence. Skip over it if you like, theres nothing interesting really Laughing

Dear Codemaster,

Well, Its quite a long story, and I wont bore you with all the details, but I have a illness called M.E. (it is also known as CFS or CFIDS) Which aside from the main symptoms of extreame, and debilitating fatigue and pain, also has similarities to a stroke. For example, word finding dificulties, speach problems, and memory loss.
I also suffer from Very bad depression, BDD (Body dysmorphic disorder) (and mild OCD - Obsessive compulsive disorder) Social Phobia, and up until recently (thank the heavens) Self harm, all of which has rendered me unable to leave the house for about 6 years. For one of those years I was also confined to a wheelchair.
However, I am not one to dwell or feel sorry for myself, and use this 'extra time' to find out more about myself and the things I like. Hense why I study a variety of subjects - illness (and memory) permitting. I dont think many people get such an opurtunity like this, and in that respect find myself very lucky.
I spend most of my days researching my illnesses, in the attempt to find a cure, a solution, or something to make life that little bit easier.

At first my (ex) Friends didnt understand - nor did they wish to understand, their reactions and alienation towards me (as well as other things) led to the development of the Social Phobia. However, 4 years ago, I found many new friends on a Band's message board, who are now my closest friends and even my family.

Any progress (and I have made lots) in my recovery from these ailments, I have done myself. (recently I managed to go to a Moltey Crue concert and meet some of my friends - a huge step) Doctors refused to help me, and after all, if you cant depend on yourself who can you depend on?

What keeps me alive? Its hard to say. I admit I dont have faith, but I do have hope. And as long as I have a good dose of comedy (Red Dwarf, Douglas Adams) every day, then I am a very happy girl.
I think in all honesty, I would be dead if it wasnt for the Humour.

Well thats My illness in a nutshell! Again, please feel free to contact me at any time.

Nic

Sorry it was long rofl. And boringly depressing Laughing

I apologize, I only have a few minutes to talk to you, I have to give my little sister a ride somewhere. I guess that's a start, though.. I live with my sister and parents. My real name is Davey, although I'm sure you've seen everyone already calling me that. =) I just graduated high school about a week and a half ago, and I also just had my 18th birthday. I'm currently residing near Pittsburgh, PA, and will be going to college about an hour and a half away from here in the fall. I love music, mostly rock (punk, metal, anything really) and a little hip-hop. My biggest hobbies are video games/computer games and skateboarding. I'm working at a grocery store now, it was my first job and I've been there for almost 2 years now. Thankfully, come August I'll be quitting for school. Haha.

If there's anything else you want to know, feel free to ask.

-Davey

Well I haven't gotten an e-mail still. He's probably busy beating Eric with a large bag of cat food because of something I wrote. Sorry Eric.

Not to beat a dead horse - but going back to time thing (I was rereading the string) and if we put the times in order, even though the last time is 24:17, it still would happen just within 24 hours because the first one is after 1:11 - The whole thing would take 23:06 hours.

And he did say we would have just under 24 hours to complete the task - and his whole subject line about it being "time" to get to know one another...

I think the follow the leader thing is dead and my hunch is that we only needed it for that last one. For the current letters thing, my guess is that it will anagram into something that leads us to the tasks we are supposed to perform at each of the times he's listed.

He would have to use the 24 hour time signature so we would know the correct order.

Just tried anagramming all the letters we have so far. Right now, we're three letters away (W, T, and V) from the following phrase:

PHASE TWO STARTS COME GET ME VIDEO

I was actually just about to add that about anagramming to TOMDCESEAR/SAMDEERCOT/CODEMASTER, Mel. If we include PHASE T_O with that, we end up with

PHASE T_O TOM D CESEAR MEOSTGN

If we end up getting a U, B, W, and E, we could end up with

PHASE TWO: TOM D CESEAR MUST BE GONE

Or something like that, lol.

Lol, no, it's cool, and it could actually end up that way. All we need is another E and I to get that to work. The we'd have.

PHASE T_O TOM D CESEAR MEETING SO

It's just like my theory for this game: if you throw enough crap against the wall, eventually some of it will stick.

I think it might be:

Phase two is meeting Sam Deercot (or codemaster)

Because he said he will tell us about himself after he knows about us.
