All of your questions have been answered on these boards and in the interface. Read the older stuff.

Hook is Agent Hook one of the current day players. She began trying to push for unionization and showed up in one of the articles as a rabble rouser.

Jenna is a child that was taken from her family and put in a special program she had no interest in. Agent Hook has taken up her cause.

Agent Hook always signs off sayiung to "keep your feet beneath the street." I have no clue what it means. I asked about it somewhere but I guess she didn't see it because she never said.

I don't know thundershard. Either I've missed him/her, or he/she is an in-game character.

Edited to Add: Also, "keep your feet beneath the street" is just a clever or poetic way of saying "stay underground" and such. Similarly - and this OOG information - Jenna is amongst a group of elite children being brainwashed through experimental drugs and torturous conditions in the wasteland under the direct watchful eye of President Fujimoto, which was confirmed for me by Chris.

Agent Hook posted about it here in the God Killer Murders thread. I think what Wavecrest was mentioning was the theory posted in the Chris thread that the Halter Youth Home (where RLSeger/Pie in the Sky was raised and brought up) was an earlier iteration of the same project.
