Uhm.. I just looked this up and did it myself but I can't remember exactly where it was. I followed a lot of threads. If I recall correctly, you go to passport.net, log in, and try to change some settings? It already had my birth date so I was fine..

Mine had already had a birthdate associated with it as well when the error happened, But minasodaboy said to clear your browsers cahce while being logged out of windows live. It helped him get through with a key.

now I'm not sure if anyone else posted instructions for clearing the browser cache, I know I did ask for it in antoher thread but think I got it done already so I haven't checked to see if someone replied. search would be helpful in finding the answer if it's been posted.

Actually I think this place needs a little summer cleaning. I'm seeing identical spec getting randomly posted to three different threads, I don't think anyone is bothering to keep things tidy anymore. Any hope the mods will do some intensive cut and paste, maybe some judicious locking? ...it's starting to smell like b.net...

I think it will be superhelpful once the wiki is up again. Then people will have less questions to ask, as the information will be concentrated in one place.

Here are the first 12 digits of my key. Anyone trying to decipher the keys should have a good start with that, if they have enough keys.
The chances of anyone figuring out the rest is slim to none so I suggest we all post at least that much.
