 		Yeah, I tossed that idea around with Nacho in chat earlier today of TDC being Russ. I guess it wasn't as crazy as I thought, lol.

 		A couple of my thoughts.. yes, a new character in Russ. "Russ and Dad" makes it seem like he is either A) Eric's son, but I don't think he had one..? or B) CM's son, which makes more sense to me. The fact that he could be TDC makes a lot of sense as well.

Am I the only one that kind of picked up a stalker vibe from Eric? Like, the first playing of the phone call seemed really sincere and I really felt for the guy.. but later on in the video when it's both Eric and who I'm presuming is Sue are talking..

Sue: "Do you realize how fucked up this situation is?"
Eric: "I won't let you get away, and that's a promise."

Sounded to me a like a stalker or rape?

And the kid talking, could that be Russ? "My dad says.. I'm different." And he's talking to Eric, so forget what I said about him being Eric's kid.

 		Yeah, I do seem to get that stalker vibe from Eric. It seems so much now that CM is giving Eric the "a man reaps what he sows" treatment.

Eric destroyed CM's family, so CM is destroying his. Eric stalked Sue, so CM stalked Eric.

 		Eric only has been in la about a year of when Michael put up his websight... Since Sue has been in LA since at least 2001. I really doubt Eric is the father.... Also the CM has a good bit of money from the look of his house. the Kid is defenately smart as he seems like the one reading the poem in the begaining. also if he wrote the card to his mom in 03 thats pretty good writing for a 2 year old.

That's why I'm thinking Russ is more like 10 right now. Most kids learn to write around 5 or 6, so fast forward 4+ years from 2003 Mothers Day, and you've got a kid that's 9 or 10 years old.

I don't think any of it happened on Valentine's. We know from "stalking" and "ghosts" that the night of Eric's abduction is 10/10/06. We got the first video on 10/11/06, and the second on 10/12/06. And remember, he was trying to call Sue that same day, so Eric didn't kill her on Valentine's. CM could have killed her on Valentines', but that also seems unlikely, I doubt Eric would still be trying to call her 8 months later with no response. Valentine's may have just been the last time Sue and her husband were happy, which CM is intercutting with the other stuff.

Interestingly enough, while reviewing this stuff, I noticed that CM referenced Matthew 10 in the tags for his 10/13/06 video and in the code in his 1/2/07 video. This is obviously a very important passage to him.

Finally, here's an enlarged and slightly enhanced image of the three frames I could get of Eric from the new video.

I can't tell exactly what he is carrying. It could be a shovel, and I can't entirely discount the idea of Eric killing Sue, but it just doesn't fit well.

In the "stalking" video, when we see the half-buried hand of presumably Sue, it's timestamped 9/5/06. If Eric killed her, why would he still be trying to call her a month later?

The timeline would have to be that Eric kills Sue on 10/10, after trying to call her earlier that night, but that the CM has been stalking Eric since at least 10/7 and probably much earlier, considering all the hidden cameras. And, in all his stalking and monitoring of Eric, he does nothing to stop Sue from being murdered, but waits until afterwards to capture Eric. And that the hand we see buried in the stalking video is not Sue's.

What makes more sense to me is that CM is married to Sue. He has a happy night on Valentine's of last year, and then sometime between February and October of last year, Sue starts having an affair with Eric. CM suspects and figures out Eric's location (maybe from cell phone records) and plants cameras in Eric's house. He gets his confirmation, kills Sue in September, begins stalking Eric, and captures Eric on 10/10. Which explains why Eric hasn't heard from Sue at all in awhile and seems so worried when he is caught.

One additional possibility: the tag codes in the stalking video decrypted to "LET THE DEAD BURY THE DEAD". It's also possible that CM killed Sue and then made Eric bury her. But that doesn't fit very well with Sue being half-buried in September. Unless, CM moved the body and then made Eric rebury her somewhere more remote -- which could explain CM's trip out of town and the shots of Eric with a shovel in the new video.

Going back through all these videos and looking at summaries of the codes in them, I'm starting to feel like we're missing a lot here.

 		The tags also anagram to "eric sons men" but I think "come sinners" makes more sense... It's also a reference to a dylan song - the times they are achanging. =) nice touch

Or maybe Russ's father simply wrote his son's message in the card for him since it was supposed to be from both of them. It's extremely common for parents to write messages in greeting cards on behalf of their children, especially cards that are being given jointly from one parent and the child to the other parent. I think that possibility makes the handwriting in the card an unreliable method of estimating Russ's age.

I'm gonna DL all the vids so I can watch them better... And Eric is carring a shovel... Ive just rewatched the vid for the like 10th time...lol

It's a character from the anime series Dragon Ball. I used to watch Dragon Ball Z when I was younger. I have no idea what it's doing there either.

And it looked to me like Eric was holding a baseball bat.

 		I could have used thi along time ago I can't believe what a boon it so to go frame by frams so you don't miss anything there seem to be 30 frames in one second. I'm dling the entire collection and going to watch them all frame by frame
