Now... my two-cents on Ethan Haas...

After several hours of checking books on prophets... it was noted that Ethan Haas DID live... during the Civil War in fact... he did something, and pissed off higher ups (it was never clear WHAT higher ups) and he just vanished one day... I have a funny feeling it was the Vatican, but since the ONLY mention I could find of him was only like a paragraph long... I cant offer much more info as of right now... but give me some time...

Uh. If you're going to claim Haas was a real person, you're going to need to actually provide the links so we can see this for ourselves. There's been too much gamejacking and fakery in this thing already.

Right an wikipedia doesn't countwithout back up corroboration!

Awesome, almijisti. And those are the three names that used to exist on the MSL website until they scrubbed them at some point in the last two weeks.

Now, why are they a registered business in Florida when they allegedly are in Ottawa? Heh.

It could be that they are a "foreign" LLC (the form is apparently used for both in and out of state companies) and is just being registered now for the purpose of doing business in the state. I'm now checking to see if there was a fictitious name, Mind Storm Labs registered there before that.

I found it in that book there... though it was like 2-3 years ago... he was the guy that predicted Lincoln's death... I am just having trouble finding anything about it online... so its hard to prove... the name Ethan Haas has been plaguing me since I heard it... I couldnt place it... so I asked the Civil War expert I knew... let me rifle through some more books and see what I can find.

There is a Mindstorm Labs (spelled like that as one word) fictitious name registered back in 2003, to Mindstorm Technologies, but that seems unrelated as Mindstorm Technologies LLC was dissolved in 2005 and none of the principals seems to have any relationship to anything we're looking at.

As for the Ottawa thing, Ontario, it seems, is not as user-friendly as most US states. You have to pay to do a name search for registered corporations, companies, and fictitious names. I'm curious, but not that curious. For what it's worth, I think it's already been noted that PRWEB, a well known public relations clearinghouse, reported the acquisition of venture-capital by Mind Storm Labs on May 30, 2007 and that has an Ottawa by-line. http://www.zebra-finance.com/article.cfm/id/182232

Right; which means that they're just using a mailbox at that location (and no way will UPS give up the contact info).

That was, in point of fact, how we connected EHWR to MSL to begin with. Heh. EHWR's mailing address was Tom McL's mailing address, and Tom McL was in that press release. It was the first link.

Yeah. I just meant that this is consistent with them being a company out of Ottawa that just needs a registration in Florida so it can do business there.

(Honestly, I suspect it's the ARG itself that's technically being run from Florida.)

For those who don't already know, there are quite a few real companies using the name Triton Enterprises. At least one is, in fact, a defense contractor, but they're a real company and they make the nylon accessories for Mag-Lites. They have nothing to do with EHWR, so please don't bother them--the President and GM is a former Navy SEAL and I'm sure he'd love to kick some geek-butt.

Did anyone bother to check the astronomy happenings of said day? 8/1/07?

I know next to nothing about astronomy... but all of the clues keep telling us to look to at the stars... and here are the "notable" happenings on that day..

August 1, 2007 /// Mercury 6° south of Pollux Which looks like this
August 1, 2007 /// Uranus 2° south of Moon (I cant seem to find a chart showing that)
August 2, 2007 /// Venus 6° south of Regulus Which ok, confused now

The info on that stuff can be found here

Heh. They aren't accusations. We know Mind Storm Labs is involved, somehow. And we know that they recently registered as a legal entity in Florida in order to conduct business there, even though they're based in Ottawa.

Amazon seach

This is what my search of the book mentioned turned up on Amazon.com. According to amazon, it would seem that Ethan Haas was never mentioned in the book about Lincoln.

the stars

Is there any way that '279 fh 7691', '417st jn Eh', and '6 ld 9102' are some kind of astronomical monikers? I don't know much about astronomy but I do know there are multiple names for stars.

Also, at the rate it's going, assuming there'll be more journal pages popping up at all, I'd say we should watch for info on Rukbah ('knee' - Delta Cassiopeiae), Segin (Epsilon Cassiopeiae), Zeta Cassiopeiae (which has no nice short name), or Achird (Eta Cassiopeiae). Three stars of Cassiopeia down, several more to go?

Intereresting, probably unrelated: Achird is more or less the same kind of star as our sun, and looks the same to us as if we observed our sun from somewhere in the vicinity of Achird.

Also, hi: long-time lurker, first-time poster, inveterate note-taker. Apologies if I repeated something, but I tried to comb through the 38 pages of posts first and don't think I did.
