They're truly fascinating things.

I assume that we need it to solve another puzzle - but what IS that puzzle? Can someone debrief me on what we're trying to crack, exactly?

Yeah, I don't know how we're supposed to use this exactly-- the first one had mistakes, and those mistakes were to be used to crack the junk DNA. But this one is perfect, so...

I guess it's probably for cracking the cryptogram here but I don't know how to use it to do that. These puzzles sure are sophisticated.

i asked if the book of fate had any answers we should know about. its known as Napoleons Book of Fate with 32 question you could ask it and then you make some marks on the page but all this has been posted way back but i think maybe some of the puzzle masters mite wanna check out.

Do we know for sure that it is Napoleon's Book of Fate that is being referred to?

I have found a couple of other texts that have ties to the subject:

1. The Book of Fate is a novel by author Brad Meltzer. It is a political thriller with "Freemasonry conspiracy theory" undertones.

2. A poem by Sri Aurobindo http://www.poetseers.org/the_poetseers/sri_aurobindo/sav/the_book_of_fate

The text on that page says:

Which ties in nicely to both the Franklin Square, The Book of Fate, and the language Dr. Ambergris is supposed to have found encoded on human DNA.

I've read Savitri. I'm not entirely sure how it may tie in, though.

Let me consult my contacts and see if I can get a copy of the Book of Fate.

EDIT: Upon further research, I highly doubt that Napolean's Book of Fate will be useful. It's a divinatory aid, like the IChing or Tarot cards. I'll keep looking, though.

 		There was also a comic book series titled the "Book of Fate", which apparently had something to do with the book, but I can't seem to find much on that besides the character "Fate" from the series. A CNN article also says Justice League fans have already read chapter one, so I guess there are a few comic book ties. Probably, but I don't see why they're not valid now... I mean, the game is officially in its Prologue chapter, as per the author's emailed press release. That should mean things are up and running...

Now, to work finding the Doctor's journals. Hmm. Where to begin? I know it's got something to do with those darn numbers... Razz

I got that same email as well, cuz i signed up too. It was from "Quiz Goertz" and his email is quizgoertzSPLATyahoo.com. just in case we need to know Wink
