Well, I've read through all 29 pages of posts and I have to say that I'm intrigued.

I'm totally in. I'll try to stay out of the way for now, add input when I can. I just had a quick question: are people adding the good Doctor as a friend on MySpace? That is the only way to send him messages and such?

I'm finally done with the 29 pages of reading. No

Since I see most of everyone saying, "I'm not a biology person," or,"I'm bad at math!" I'll help out with this. I'm a biomedical engineering and mathematics double-major at Vanderbilt University, so I know a good bit about both.

Though I will warn: pseudoscience and pseudomath are my pet peeves. This is why I don't read Crichton or Brown novels. I also won't read this one.

Let's do this. Starting tomorrow I should have a chance to help with the square! I love number theory and have been known to stare at similar problems for hours while talking to myself, I'm that guy.

It gives a date of August 1st. This decrees where I think everything will change and begin.

when you save the image, the file name is

in the email address there were as Aiobhan quoted as "random lettering" at the end, we both got

Thisisthebeginningoftheancient_rqrtywy <------ possibly another code

4145626 is what you get if you move those letters up one row on the standard QWERTY keyboard.

It might be another 1-888 number

1-888-414-5626 <-----never mind....that led to a phone sex redirection XD

I figure we all know what will happen once we get the books, so maybe you should wait till we all have read it. I highly doubt reading the book is the end of the game.

I received the email as well. I wonder if we are going to eventually find a camera feed showing us the good doctors demise. Now if I can only find a link or at least figure out how to get there.

P.S. do we know the code for chromosome two on human dna?
