That "Dead Dead" street sign seems like a worthy lead. Looks kind of like "DEAD DEAL" to me... or "DEAD DEL".

also, just some random brain-poop: we all agree that the prominant numbers are 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 36, and 108 right?

Well, if you write the numbers required to multiply one number to become the next, you get a palindrome:

3 2 3/2 4/3 3/2 2 3

probably nothing...but I feel better having shared it.

Way too many pointless and redundant posts

Can we please stop posting jokes, unless the joke is part of your actual valid point.

Please make sure your point is not only valid, but hasn't been stated at least 30 times already - use the search feature.

If you're a guest, read everything before posting anything. OR, register, then read everything, then post.

If you're unsure if something has been posted, don't post it. Use the search feature and/or read through to find out if someone else said exactly what you said.

It's frustrating, as many of you have already noted (30 times or more) to try and extract valid points and sincere observations through a muck of nonsense.

And, just to make this post valid, I'm going to reiterate a point I made earlier:

The horse on Slusho.jp is not a seahorse. I say that because all the other creatures are drawn in a way where they're not alluding to a specific animal. My other reason is that the horse blows bubbles - i.e. he's holding his breath. He doesn't belong down there, and that's perhaps why he disappears after the first run through.

What relation, if any, do cheese and oven mitts have?

Not much has been said about the slusho site...well, not much new - the same things repeated.

Thoughts?

A lot of discussion about Slusho has been seperated out to the thread devoted solely to slusho- that might be why some of it got dropped here.... its being discussed elsewhere.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but I just noticed it. The fish that thinks of cheese scrolls across the screen, and continues past the confines of the window, and continues through the white border before disappearing. The horse goes off the screen behind the white border, instead of continuing. Is there any significance to this?

it is a palindrome if you take the fractions as single numbers. don't read the fractions as two seperate digits. Do YOU know what a palindrome is?

JJ Abrams email to AICN
can we look further into this?

several people have noted that JJ capitalized a few words in his message about the websites we haven't found yet... this is precisely the kind of hint I have seen before. Has any one been working on anagraming those capitalized words? (the email I'm talking about was the one that also confirmed EHWR as unrelated)

One things that pops right out is the word "dot", if we can find an appropriate extension to put on the end and then anagram what's left there might be more there but I can't think of an extension for the end (unless its foreign like .jp on the slusho site- or .am for djdan for anyone who did tle).

Does anyone else have an idea here- I'm sure there are others that have been thinking along this path, anyone else made any headway?

(edited for clarity)

using fractions makes for a bit of a stretch.
ive been searching through and i havent been able to find any references to whatever is next to the guy's right thumb who's pouring in the party picture. i lost the ability to zoom and i just can't figure that out. and for some reason the saying "its all in the wrist" has been stuck in my head. any insight?

If, and its a big if, 'FIND THAT ASS' from JJ's letter is important, someone mentioned that the Horse at Slusho was actually a Donkey. Thus making it a ass. Perhaps there is something on the slusho site to do with the Horse/donkey?

It's been mentioned a few times that the donkey/horse MUST have some significance. It's far too out of place not to.

So, me and my co-worker set out to figure out the 1-18-08 pictures during our lunch break. He told me, "Hey, Brittany, turn the picture on top of each other and look at Rob's new face." I did it, and that demon/hair thing turns out to fit perfectly.

I think I saw this about 22423432 pages back, and nobody responded to the poster, but I did it again. It may just be this computer but when I got close to lining them up, it moved on top of Rob's face. No more ticking, no more movement after that.

All I did on this picture was brighten it.
