That email was most likely a total fake. Who says they don't give a rats ass about their own movie? That means that Ethan Haas could still be part of this.

The email is real. Knowles and Abrams know each other personally.

processedcheese is the site of the guy the paid to do the web design. EDIT: on further inspection, he is her father and he also does web design.

true he did but that still doesnt prove to be to helpful. well i looked up raat and apparently it means night in hindi and the movie does take place at night!!!! >_> but yeah maybe someone else can find its significance because i sadly cannot.

The Processed Cheese site is mighty weird (herpes, internal investigations, comic art, Motorola, IBM, wtf??) but I'm still not seeing any sort of connection. It definitely has to be part of an ARG, though.

It looks like monument of some sort.

It is a monument, specifically the George Washington National Masonic Monument. It's pretty much right off the Beltway after you cross the Potomac River from Maryland into Virginia. It sits on a hill with a really nice view of the river and Old Town Alexandria.

I've been there several times. I used to be a member of a chorus that held a concert there for four years or so. We used to joke that there was some sort of Underground Masonic Command Bunker under the memorial. It was just a joke, though. I've never gotten anything but a crushing sense of history from the place.

I mentioned it a couple of evenings ago, because of the registrant's address. I basically pushed it off to the side because that registrant is also the same person who registered the sectorseven web site that was part of the hype for the Transformers movie. It didn't seem particularly game-related that the two movies crossed so directly (breaking the suspension of disbelief and all).

What would you want someone to go there and look for?

If you go, try checking for things with the numbers 1, 18, 08 in them...or anything that might relate to 1-18-08. Check up stuff on Albert Pike...
If you can get there anytime you need to just go, look for stuff, and check back in for more info. I don't really know. This is my first ARG.

Regarding the online stuff you posted: yeah, we're doing some fun stuff on the web. But, obviously, if the movie doesn't kick some massive ASS, who gives a rat's about what's online? So as you can imagine, we're focusing mostly on THAT. For what it's worth, the only site of ours that people have even FOUND is the 1-18-08.com site. The others (like the Ethan Haas sites) have nothing to do with us.

ok weve established this but its still getting us NO WHERE with the whole RAAT thing. the only little bit of info on the word i got is that in hindi it means night. now do with it as you wish. because i have loads of things going on at once and its hard to concentrate on this little matter alone
