After seeing the photo on deviantart with the "Your life Has meaning" the author references the phrase "el dia de la ira" After searching this phrase I found an english translation of this bible verse.

Zephaniah 2:2 "Before the Lord sends you violently away in flight like the waste from the grain; before the burning wrath of the Lord comes on you, before the day of the Lord's wrath comes on you."

More signs pointing to an end of days wrath of god.

Secondly, I want to put out that even if this movie isn't Cthulhu marching around (Again, I don't believe so since those rumors started because of the Ethan Haas stuff) it could still be a very Lovecraft-ian film. Without the context of the statue and the story that went with it from Call of Cthulhu, if Cthulhu showed up, nobody would know what to call him. If this movie is just about mysterious ancient forces manifesting for no good gorramn reason and going amok, that's very much in the style of Lovecraft. Could be like Hellboy, which was very heavily influenced by Cthulhu mythos without actually being a part of it. Just something to think about.

And, as someone else pointed out, if Cthulhu actually showed up, most likely we would all be dead way before seeing any tentacles.

Those definitely match up. Someone should try to contact the guy that made that picture.

And about Ethan Haas, I guess that it is just another Paramount project.
I sent him a msg. I have yet to recieve a response.

It was found on a sidewalk at the University of Texas. Whoever owned the apartment went to UT. I was already aware that they did not attend college in NY because there is no AKM (the frat found on the paddle in the trailer) chapter in NY.

So maybe we can follow this lead?

I just don't think we have enough to go on yet, folks. We can scramble trying to squint ourselves blind to pick at possible numbers in trailers and images that may not even be there, but I'd be willing to bet we just gotta wait on the next reveal.

Then again, JJ did write "For what it's worth, the only site of ours that people have even FOUND is the 1-18-08.com site", suggesting that there are other sites to be found already.

Right; what I'm saying is we may not have enough to go on to be ABLE to find them. not unless everyone is missing something very, very obvious; I'd think the possibilities of what we know so far have been exhausted.

We need a JJ geek to watch the trailer and look for more of his fictional products.

Wait a second. The only known occurances of this sentence&font is a) on a sidewalk in Texas, b) on a piece by an unknown italian artist and c) on a fridge in the most hyped trailer in this century?

Where did the scenographers pick it up from? The sidewalk? And if so, whats it doing on the guys fridge? It cant possibly be to point us to University of Texas via a random sidewalk graffit and some poor italian guy?

Does anyone know Rob's last name?

I was thinking that I would try and make an email account in Rob's name and email Henry Kelvin about something.

Is that the actual sidewalk? Or did you find a new spot?

Hate to be a kill-joy, but i think this is just a campaign slogan. Like, sure, we can look into this, but it all likelihood 'Exit to mystery st.' and 'Your life has meaning' are campaign-esque slogans, like, above the influence or something.

That is a photo taken of a sidewalk at UT in Austin. It was published to the site I found it on a few years ago. I assume the artist on Deviant Art got his hands on the photo and I assume whomever owns the damn apartment went to UT or somewhere close. Sadly, UT doesn't have a AKM chapter...

Your Life Has Meaning.

"Your life has meaning" seems to be the work of a tagger/stenciler in texas. His work pops up in a few locations:

This one appears to be in Austin, TX:

What I find amuzing is how people are talking about how it is a good message and we are trying to figure out what it has to do with 1-18-08.
