I still can't get the "SLUSHO!" to go away on the history page and i've refreshed and gone back a few times now.
There's something they don't want me to read! (jk) Shocked

The music definitely changed. One of the notes is higher than its counterpart in the unchanged Slusho page. Can't think of any other way to describe it...

If you have the old sound file, can you e-mail it to me at jimmiebjrSPLATgmail.com please?

I've been a musician most of my life. I have a great ear. Smile

Ok this is really starting to stretch it here, but I noticed that at the slusho site that the main Slusho logo and "You Can't Drink Just Six!" are both (supposedly) trademarked.

I tried searching through some trademark databases about this, but nothing came up. If anyone knows how to research this kind of stuff, maybe it would give us some new information. I doubt it, but its worth a shot.

random and probably useless tidbit:

With the weird huge SLUSHO! I have over the history page, I clicked it to try to get it to go away and it just started another loop of music. I clicked it again, yet another loop- making the song play 3 times over itself. That's only in the "audio off" position. If I leave it as "audio on" it's back to one loop. Click audio off again, it's back to playing 3 times and literally making me insane.

He's calling himself "Ganu Yoshida"?

Hmm...methinks that's a mistake. Unless I'm way wrong, Ganu wouldn't take his mother's name Yoshida. He'd have the name of his father.

The old music is still heard when it overlaps the new music when you go to the feedback page. They've really broken the site good trying to make it all one Flash page instead of multiple pages. They should fire that guy and hire me in his place. What's an NDA? <.< >,>

Specifically, the new song is slightly more muted than the original, and lads the annoying, high-octave pinging noise that was so annoying I turned off my audio to visit the site. And the old pages still exist, if you find need to visit them:

I think you guys are all missing/ignoring what was found earlier.

Under the history part of the Slusho site, if you put your mouse over the donkey, you see a picture of a mitten and when you put the mouse over the fish you see processed cheese.

This refers to the two site found earlier. Google "donkey mittens" and you find The Adventures of Clover. That website is powered by something called Processed Cheese as found as a link on the bottom of the wierd blog. These sites may look unrelated, but the Processed Cheese and Slusho sites look very similar to me. Both use a similar menu setup, both using flash, and both are under construction, displaying similar word bubbles "uhh...coming soon" and "Slusho updating for you. You will come back soon." I think these similarities are too odd to pass up.

I don't think we've forgotten it. Most just decided there weren't any strong links to consider it in-game. Lots of places use Flash. Lots of places use bubbles to convey text. It's a strange site, but the guy's an avant-garde graphics designer whose work has apparently been around for quite a few years (a couple of the album covers were recognized).

I understand that, but look at the "coincidence."

Only if he was born in wedlock. A father was never mentioned.

The trademark signs weren't there before were they?

Did anyone IM him yet?

United States Patent and Trademark Office says that Slusho does not exist (not a real Trademark), and so did another site I used.

Given that the site existed since 2002... I'm prone to saying this is out of game, myself.
