A couple things.

2.) You don't believe J.J. Abrams could have said that? The guy is a pretty down to earth guy. Likes comics, scifi. He's one of us. Just because he's a respected producer for Hollywood doesn't mean he's not going to say 'if our movie doesn't kick major ass'.

just a heads up:
nightowl posted a video after that one taking back what he said about the Abrams email not being real.
However, I also noticed he hasn't addressed the head could have been carried- which was my initial thought. Obviously it wouldn't be thrown 2 miles and have that kind of trajectory.

More on Hooker Chemical and Love canal

pretty positive I'm going no where but just reading about the Hooker Chemical and Plastics company turned up this little titbit about the cleanup. Kinda shocked me to see the crab at the top of the page, almost like a marker..

Depends on how it tosses the head.

Put a rock in your hand and throw it as far as you can.
Now, use a sling. So how much farther it goes.
Now, use something like a sling-staff or an atlatl and see how much more distance you get.

Another strethch, and yes I am aware I am becoming a madman:

Most of my findings have come from a prgram that seaches the entire king james bible for me, and thats what came up when I typed revelations and music.

I found it interesting that the music is no longer heard when the crash comes immediately. (Yes I understand the power goes out, but there is no musical anything after the roar and the boom)

Yes, I saw that post, so perhaps 2004's Masta Ace song Revelations isnt in play here. I saw many people on other forums state that they thought it was 1982-2004 ACE or something in the 1900s. I am gonna go check into the 1182 idea now.

Well, lets look at the hulk( i know its not the hulk im makin a quik point) his throwing arm could toss somthin a mile away... and hes only a little taller than people

I suppose when you go down that road it would make sense, but then we may have to assume along with that notion that the monster is intelligent and has weapons.

I know there's no evidence supporting 'sea monster' yet, or if there ever will be- but I suppose my assumption would be that if this thing dredged it's ass up from the deep sea because it ate a bad fish and was pissed off (im not being serious, just a hypothetical statement) I wouldn't imagine it to be super intelligent and know how to sling shot something into the city.

From the news report in the trailer, it seems as though it made it's way to the city and is big enough to be felt and mistaken for an earthquake but accompanied by a "load thunderous roar"- and picked up the head on its' way- that's where we start to see all the destruction in the trailer- when it makes it INTO the city and throws the head.

i'm rambling now, it's really all hypothetical until we know what this 'thing' is.
