does anybody know how the japanese form names in marriage and birth? does the last name go first like arabic, or first first, and last changes like english?

i found something about kajiki ryouta, which gives a nickname of freaky fish guy, and says that he's always found around or in water...ryouta was daddies name on slusho...so, if the names swing that way...

It Japanese it's Family name followed by Given name, but when translated to English it's often, but not always, changed to follow the standard in most English speaking countries which is Given Name - Family Name

I think I found a BRAND NEW one of their viral sites!!!I was playing around with variations of the 1-18-08 date in my web browser. Well I typed in 1182008.com into the url space and it forwarded me to another site, http://www.beschmutzen.com/ and that page simply said (Dig this one) 'The Traveler is coming...'. Well I then tryed to add 'sitemap' at the end of the url and up came the phrase, 'be patient the time will come soon enough...'. That got me wondering and I decided to try the variation of the 1-18-08 date at the end of the url and it brought me to a picture! Unfortunatly my computer crapped out on me before the picture was fully loaded but from what WAS loaded, it looks VERY promising!

BTW: If anyone can copy that picture onto this thread, it would be GREATLY appreciated!

Steve

I don't know where the hell you got that. "beschützen" means Protect.

...Well. It doesn't say Besch Mutzen. It says beschützen. Might want to be accurate when following leads.

Not that this one matters I guess. It's nothing.

Possible new site

You can hear in the trailer someone asking 'Where is Jason?' leading to www.whereisjason.com

The site changes depending on the time of day you check it, I've found it to say

-Jason will be at home asleep right now hopefully.
-Jason should be heading to work.

I haven't logged the times for these messages yet as I wanted to check if its connected to 1-18-08 before putting in to much effort.

Would someone be able to check the WHOIS for this.
I am terrible at checking that kinda of info and linking it to the original site creators.

If these has already been posted sorry, I didn't read all 218 pages but it didn't mention it in the summary thread for newbies.

WHOIS whereisjason.com created 30 JAN 2006. Unrelated.

And to nip this one in the bud before it gets posted:
http://www.jan18.com/ is not related, although it's very touching in an east-meets-west sort of way.
