 		ok i know we should stay away from numbers the lets add up everything and all that crap but i have a interesting idea. (it been only alluded to as far as i have seen) We do see a lot of numbers that are in play here. I been thinking, i cant remember what the name of this type of puzzle is called but its the type where someone mentions the page of book, then the line, then the word and then you can put some type of message together (anyone see national treasure). Now if we can get some order to the numbers we do have some type of writing, the history page on slusho.jp. will that lead to another website? im just throwing it out there (flame shield up).

Ethan Haas and Cloverfield/ 1-18-08/slusho still not connected and I don't see any siongle thing in the Triton press release that connects the two... so uh HMMM?

Alright I still got another page3 to go so someone probably already pointed this out- forgive me for belaboring the point but this article was written on 7/6 when we were all still thinking the two were connected- JJ came out since and set us all straight... someone else probably had the AICN article date handier than I did...

Actually JJ had little if anything to do with tle it was all Damon and Carlton

I think the confusion is that EthanHaas is an ARG, and TritonEnterprises is part of that ARG. Within that "alternate reality", Triton is denying any link between itself and the Haas characters, in that press release PDF. But we know from a "meta" point of view that they are related. These hidden messages inside the PDF are confirming that Haas and Triton are indeed linked sites -- this is the only thing setting people off today.

Triton and Haas are still not linked to Cloverfield/1-18-08. End of discussion (please?)

At approx. 63 degrees south x 63 degrees west, you find a little island known as Smith Island. It is the westernmost island in the South Shetland Islands chain.

These are basically barrier islands for antartica.

And, in case some of you missed the reference, a Shetland is a miniature horse.

Directly north of the island chain lies the South Shetland Trough, and undersea valley.

The islands are a hotbed of whaling activity.


Hey what gives with coming up with wild ideas and then pawning them off on someone else- if you have the wild idea you ought to do the leg work to run it down! I gotta say that is starting to bug me.

Nothing cloverfield (admitedly) related has said anything about Divinus though...So wheres the connection?

Tracked back on all the stuff and I can support the view that there is no link between Triton and Hanso. I think I took a left instead of a right half way down the rabbit hole.

Now where did they put Albuquerque... more carrots please.

Aaannddd... how does that link it to Cloverfield, at all?? Cause... i'm not getting your supposed connection.

I'm still going to go with the notion that Abrams didn't flat out lie when he said Ethan Haas has NOTHING to do with 1-18-08


DID you read it, read that carefully. Triton was one of the fake companies made up for The Lost Experience. This is very interesting. To the OP of that link tell us where and how did you find that.


Did you play the lost experience 'cause I sure did and I didn't see Triton enterprises in it once- want to tell me how or where?

I played The LOST Experience, I lived TLE, I moderated the forums here during TLE, and I can assure you that there was no Triton Enterprises in play during The LOST Experience.


right- thanks Catherwood- I knew there were others of us and my post wouldn;t be necessary but I couldn't keep mum.

I also have apologize for possibly being the cause to renew the EHWR debate- the Uf thread for EHWR wasn't getting much traffic when I saw the Triton update and posted it and since I knew there were some folks playing both games I posted to this thread that hey that other moved so anyone playing both so do something over there kind of thing- I certainly NEVER meant in any way that the debate should be renewed that Ethan Haas had anything to do with Cloverfield- IT DOES NOT!! Absolutely confirmed out of game if it were a dna paternity test it would be completely exclusionary!
