its not pointless if one of them is our long lost clue.
what anagram solver did you use to get so many results?
Probably the Internet Anagram Server . Using the advanced search you can get tons of results.
It's generally a good idea, when looking for a needle, to direct people to the haystack, not to drop the haystack in their living room.
My thoughts exactly- what is it, everyone wants to be spoon fed around here? yeesh

Ok, may have jumped the gun a bit on the ABZ link. The best shots I've gotten so far look like "?2Z32Z" Hard to read.
Hopefully someone else will have better results with a better program.

Here's a 16bit wav of the first roar. I found that speeding it up makes the image clearer, so I've posted both the normal and sped up versions so you can make your own decision.
The numbers/letters are definitely between 1.9 and 2.1 khz.
I picked up Raven Lite for my Mac and I can't make heads nor tails of the darned thing.

I could go down there tomorrow and ask. I only see this on citysearch, did anyone find a site yet?

BZBZ
Well I just called the number and it just rang and rang....no answer.
Can't find a site for it just yet...but then there's still the problem with anything being embedded in an audio we heard in a theater film version.
How convoluted would it be to embed something in it after the fact when formatting for an online video?

Some seems Greek to me... I think I see a Sigma somewhere in there, but the rest is probably English.
On a side note... Hot damn! 260 pages of crap and we finally get a user-discovered clue that actually requires a bit of decoding and isn't 100% bullshit. This is nice.

Ok, let's hold off on speculating on the content for now. So far, I'm the only one who's gotten anything resembling a real sign. Let's wait and see if someone can authenticate what I've gotten and we'll go from there. Maybe the next person will get a clearer image.
