 		trailer thoughts
Haven't seen anyone put this out there yet so I'm gonna.

From the trailer "It's alive, It's huge!"
That makes me think that this person just observed something that isn't normally alive. Something inanimate. Something commonplace but alive and really big.

Also, why the head of the SOL? Did whatever did the decap think it was a threat or just making a statement of sorts?

Thoughts?

 		Have you ever noticed that in every disaster/ alien invasion flick the Statue of Liberty gets totally owned?

I wonder if the monster made the explosion or caused it. As in can it shoot fire or did it smash an oil refinery. The type of explosion it make would lead me to believe that it destroyed some sort of building that was explosive.

Im just spitballing though.

 		Statue of Liberty
I think it might not be...
I've watched and rewatched this. I think it's an ornament from the top of the building. It's way too small to be the statue of liberty. Also I thought I saw a small black object fly through the air before it hits the top of the building that explodes.

Co-worker told me.
If any of you remember from yesterday, my coworker said he saw the trailer NOT at Transformers. I asked him today what it was and he said it was POTC: AWE @ the drive-in. Now, with a drive-in, it could be they mixed & matched, but that would mean more people other than my co-worker saw this and I am going to find out anymore that I can.

That's the one I've been using. I got it off of Rapidshare. Much better quality.

That's the best version so far.

And, it appears that there IS something flying into the building - in the fashion green goblin flew around in the spider-man franchise.

 		Did anyone notice the strange whirring sound before the SOL gets hit? And how slowly that 'ball' or whatever moves in front of the building before the SOL gets hit? Looks/sounds pretty strange to me.

One word for the monster: Gargoyle.

If the man that's saying 'It's alive! It's huge!' is talking about an inanimate object, it could be Gargoyles. Makes sense of the demons and angels bible ref. However, Gargoyles aren't normally huge.

 		Has/will anyone slow this down frame by frame and show us freaky pictures? I was only able to get a picture of the words 'ace' and 'zoom' after the third piece of debris hits the ground. Or roof. Whatever the party guests are standing on when they see the first attack.
