Thought about it over and over again. The only problem is the pic of 12:01.
Not divisible by 6 to a whole number. 2.00166666666666
unless of course they're ratios then it could fit but at 11:33 pm I'm not really inclined to math it up.

I tried searching the topics to see if anyone else was thinking about this and didn't see it, so sorry if I'm repeating.

Anyway, I was looking at the pics and noticing how the last two really didn't have much detail or give any new information, they did contribute two new timestamps though, which makes me think that perhaps those are the only info to get off of the site. After studying those the only pattern I'm noticing is that many of the numbers are divisible by 6, which links nicely to "Slusho!". The fact that 18, 12:24, 12:36, and 12:48 are are divisible makes me wonder if there is some kind of code developing that will become evideny when more are realeased.

Just kind of thinking out loud, brainstorming and what-not.

I'll give you the one hare-brained theory I have. If there is a clue in the photographs, it'll be in the timestamps.

I've not really tried to puzzle this out because I can't really see where it would lead because it'd be a pointer with no context, but here it is.

Let's do the photograph times as military time. So, in chronological order, the times would be 00:01, 00:36; 00:48, and 1:24. In order of photograph appearance, they'd be 00:36, 00:01, 00:48, and 1:24.

I leave it as an exercise for the intrepid trailer-watcher with some free time to tell the group what happens at those times, using the "Paramont Logo" appearance as 00:00.

Geisha Lute Visit

probably nothing at all, but Rob is going to Japan, Geisha are Japanese, and the Lute is a Japanese instrument. maybe just odd coincidence...

Lute is Chinese and Geisha are Indian, I believe.

That's using your knoggin', but doesn't look like anything significant there, unfortunately. I'm finding this very difficult to do, btw, unless someone can tell me if there's a millisecond-by-millisecond setting on QT. Best I could come up with is this:

00:01 is the "The following PREVIEW has been approved...." thing.

00:36:00 I can't get it to stop at exactly this time; at :36:01 Rob's coming out of the kitchen; asian woman talking with blonde beer-drinking guy; Exit to Mystery Street visible on edge of door, "ding dong" and "your life has [meaning]" also visible with assorted photos.

00:48:00 Rob's looking distressed; the AKM is very clearly shown (possibly the best view of it in the whole thing); the six holes in the paddle are easily seen (and countable).

1:24:00 Another one I can't pinpoint. At 1:24:01, there is a blurry image of people in the street, woman (appears to be Liz Caplan) only recognizable person in the shot, and a couple of guys with blue hardhats I never notice them before are blurrily seen in the background.

Logo: "Quite" [00:05 trailer time]
00:01: "He's coming"/Bad Robot [00:06 trailer time]
00:36: Middle of the first roar [00:41 trailer time]
00:48: SlushoGuy: "Maybe we can see something from the roof" [00:53 trailer time]
01:24: A bit into the third roar and the "whirring" of the SOL Head[01:29 trailer time]

That's what I get. Shocked

That's another way to do it; didn't notice the suggestion to use the Paramount logo as starting point. These are all four of the significant scenes in the clip, so maybe there's something to this angle. Not sure if this yields anything we don't already know, but right now, I'm willing to consider this the means of deciphering clues about the 1-18-08 pics.

I do think "quiet, he's coming" is significant, but often overlooked. I know it's literally supposed to be Rob that's coming, but given that it takes place off screen and as such, is fairly obvious foreshadowing of what's to come. It may indicate that monster has a gender, which is male, and that it's not a female or mother coming to protect its frozen eggs turned to slushee.

The first roar is the first clear clue--it is a "thunderous roaring sound," and not obviously mechanical, so we know it's a monster (duh). During the revelations discussion, I checked to see if this was a shofar sound, but lowering the pitch of that sound didn't compare with the roar. Then I lowered the pitch and tempo down about 50%. At that speed, it surprisingly sounds like a wolf or dog growling right after the "inhale".

Slusho guy is our first clue to the slusho website which is confirmed related, but so far yields nothing that advances the ARG save what appears to be a back-story of sorts. BTW, am I the only one who thinks slusho-guy is tanked?

Flying of the SOL is another signifcant scene; the whirring sound still doesn't sound quite right to me and I think it's a clue. Others, however, believe it's just an attempt to capture what the hollow, windowed head of Lady Liberty would sound like flying through the air (an interesting project for a sound engineer, I'm sure).

Yeah. I was a bit surprised at what "popped-out" at those times.

The only thing missing is the "big boom" ... Next Pictures Time Stamp perhapts? Shocked

Two other things to consider.

The out-of-time sequence of the first two pics. That makes the order: Roar; He's coming; Slusho (or going to roof, it's right at the cut when I do it); 2nd roar with odd sounding flying head.

The second roar/flying head so far doesn't seem like a clue--it speaks for itself; unless the whirring sound is a clue or there's some site out there about the Statue of Liberty we haven't found. The roar echoes, so it isn't a giant duck.

Since that point would be in the middle of the ocean, is there any way to put latitude/longitude coordinates into google maps? If nothing else, looking at tiny islands in the ocean is very interesting--I was randomly looking at a couple today, zooming in then all of a sudden you see a little dirt road and some military vehicles going into a hillside. Pretty freaky.

Actually, it looks like it would be in Algeria somewhere. I don't have the knowhow to do it exactly... any navigation experts in the house?
