Lol, i may seriously go talk to him sometime this week and see if the site is real. I doubt it, though. The site just looks fake all together. Nobody from here ever gets into hollywood..wonder how(if he did) he got into association with this film.

I called him up, i was right, it was a fake. I knew it before i called him though, the website was created after the trailers release, unlike the official 1-18-08 site.

 		 What happened to "Cloverfield?"
The shooting location used the working titles of "Cloverfield" then changed to "Slusho" now "Cheese"

Why was "Cloverfield" used?

"Slusho" apears to play some part in the movie [The Shirt and WebSite]
The Whale/Fish of the Slusho.jp site is thinking "Cheese."

Where is "Cloverfield" from?

It is also the automated number given for the who is on 1-18-08, its to the Santa Monica airport, which the original name for it was clover field airport. Thats the connection to the website and the name but for why that was chosen and was to become discovered who knows??

GenoSin- make sure you search before you post. 1--18--08.com has been discussed several times. Futhermore- calling someone proven to be OOG, is, AFAIK, bad ARG form. Now, if you'd like to leave your number here and have all the members call you and ask if you're IG... Smile Just be careful.

Hey I'm a newb to this so if this was mentioned long ago sry I'm not gonna look through 332 pages.

Anyway has anyone else noticed in the trailer that when the explosion comes and the fireballs start raining down on the building they ARE NOT coming from the explosion but from a differant direction?

Well, it took me a few minutes to review it, but from the position of where the camera is in relation to Rob, and the direction Rob darts when the camera turns towars the door, seems to indicate that the fireballs are in fact accurate in relative trajectory. But don't beat yourself up over it, I actually had to go to the instant replay for this one ^^
