I always thought this whole thing was a trap. I know Higgs claims he is 'faking it' but why was he with the trinity? He said he tried to take Peeps over gently but that obviously didn't happen, Peeps is still howling in his garden and his soul is in hell. We need to confront Patricia about her part in this and get her or Dwin over there to save Peeps body if not his soul.

No one has responded to the latest LJ posts (from either Happy nor Dwin).

Patricia appears to have been the first to cross over (and she is still functioning on the light side). Addison tried and failed. Ben is comatose on this side. On the outside, Higgs seems to vacilate between mission oriented and wacko. Sometimes the double-agents have to work on the darkside to keep the trust - he may have had no choice (in order to avoid compromising himself).

That would be an interesting question to pose to him (Higgs).

Obviously Happy has NO idea what is really going on (maybe the White Roses deliberately kept her out of the loop, knowing she might not handle the mind strain - she couldn't be an agent, she would just keep singing Cyndi Lauper songs like she did when Mr Abbott tortured her?). And so maybe that is why they kept Trinket in the dark as well.

Maybe someone on UNB Crew could ask Mildred what she knows about Dick's plan (without telling her more than we have already) and then if she seems in on it, ask her what to do about Happy & Trinket? If they should be told or not? I'd think they might want to help the Darksiders (especially since Ben is one of them).

Then what to do about Dwin. Patricia is obviously in this to protect him, she probably won't care about the safety of the rest of us in there (as long as we succeed to the point of saving her son). Dick said she would be addressing us at the end of the week, but not that we could tell (unless we're too blind to see it). Which side will she talk to? I agree with the spec that she is The Mistress. Maybe the UNB Crew folks could start a friendly dialogue with Dwin on his LJ?

All of these look good to me. I say send away!

Something very simple that you can also suggest: Salt will form a protective barrier against negative spirits. Draw a line of salt around a person, place, or thing you want to protect, across doorframes, window frames, etc. Negative spirits cannot cross.

You might suggest that Happy et.al. carry salt with them wherever they go...instant barrier.

Still getting the hang of all of this. I thought the boards were 'OOG', so to speak, at least for passing around ideas!

And of course, I am grateful for any and all ideas from anyone else...please don't think I'm trying to put myself forth as the 'only' one who'd know. Definitely not the case!

Hmmm...here's an idea: I can make an 'anonymous' blog and list my collection of spells, etc. for reference purposes (but I don't know how much more of these will be needed). If you needed something specific that wasn't already there, you guys could comment on it, ask for whatever you needed, and then I could add to the list. Thoughts?

One of my friends gave me a yucca-fiber bracelet recently. Isn't yucca used for protection? I know lots of plants have protective qualities.
