Rolling hills is on the wrong side though. The written in places are relative to each other on the map so lunatics should be relative as well. It looks like the park is the target.

As per Dante's link and this one (http://www.footprintpress.com/FingerLakes/Genesee_Co.forest.htm) the land was alloted for care of lunatics and some of the buildings are still there.

Now to pull the name for the blogspot.

 		I found out that the Genessee County Courthouse was completed in 1843 in Batavia, NY and had its first trial

I also managed to find the Phebe White that matches the description who lived in Genessee County Home for 58 years starting in 1828 here.

 		I sent an email earlier today asking Happy if everything was okay since nobody had heard from her. Apparently someone is following them. Shocked

I agree it was an excellent solve! I did send Happy the info for location three. I wanted to make sure she had it, but you can send it too, and give her your phone number. She can call you with the third word. Very Happy
