This implies, to me at least, that if a soul gets stuck in the 'in between', it doesn't count towards Mr. AJ's 30...so as a last resort, we could "accidentally" let go of someone's hand, they stay alive for rescue later, and AJ doesn't get to use them for his count of 30.

 		No, I think that the soul still counts, but that they are not available to work with us, nor are they of any substance back in the real mortal world (look at Peeps). He counts the ones "inbetween" in his over all count. But they cannot worship and attain the Sanctuary?

 		Following the advice of Mister Gerold about using the WeAreSammeeeees blogspot to communicate. I posted an opening message about us being outside the nave and free to have direct communication. But I suggested that each of us Darksiders who are outside the nave post a quick comment that we are safe, and who we miss the most from the outside. That can be the code to let the UNBC & WR who to avoid (cause I'll stick that information in the source).

Using the alphabet from the playing cards, this spells out THEDANGERSOM.

The list of UNBC names on Bravil's email is missing Kynard's name. That would be, THEDANGEROM.

I haven't found a blogspot on either it, but maybe there's something more that I'm missing.

Edited to fix my error. Both lists are the same. These eyes of mine are getting older.

On further thought, maybe this message is just to point out the the UNBC are the danger... i dunno.

edit again: Methos pointed out that this is the same order that Molly/Patricia used in her message thedangersnotme, with the duplicate names removed, and that suggests that AJ got his list from Patricia.(ETA) OR someone who knew of Patricia's list.

I have always wondered if this were merely coincidence playing tricks or a genuine gesture from someone who perhaps felt some sorrow for the things he had done. I had best not dwell on this today. I cannot risk the dark cloud of sadness. I am too busy.

The "in between" soul is still sacrificed to Mithras, but it would please me so to have Mapmaker in a dark cell of his own, where I can keep him forever.

Your pass is only to retrieve Mapmaker. All other mortals will be safe in your presence. When the others see it is safe to be around you, they will allow you to reach out to this Mapmaker.


Step out of your dark cell and into the Nave.
Kneel before the altar.
Bow your head and beg Mithras for a safe and profitable excursion.
Drink the sweetened tea.
Close your eyes and say these words:

Transit umbra, lux permanet Mapmaker.

You will open your eyes to the mortal world.
Step into the sunlight and thank Mithras.

Your pass will be granted by Mithras for nine days. You may go back and fourth between your cell and this mortal world as many times as you would like. Please know that each journey back to the mortal world from your cell requires the steps given above.

I believe you understand the way back to your cell.

Please do write with an update now and then, Nymphus Pumpkin.

Gotta admit the eidolon does make sense. If there are maps involved why not get rid of the mapmaker Very Happy

Is it worth one of us trying to take someone(a member of the UNBC) over and seeing what happens this way we only risk one of us and we only add one more person to eidolons count??

Also did I miss it but who is the inbetween soul??

 		It's either Sheep, or it's Trinket? If Trinket, the I full expect her to have a Raven cell along side our own (and I sent him an email about that).

The "in between" is like Peeps. He doesn't get a cell, and he cannot communicate with us within the nave.
