Erm no as people with msn passports signed up as well, the passport was the important part in that stint, the fact people had a live account tied to the account was probably neither here nor there imho

 		A bunch of us in the channel all think it's a good idea to try entering the code into XBox Live, as redeemable codes there are 25 characters and there's a category in XBox Console videos for "Viral Videos", but ALTERNATIVE, the only one of us who has a key doesn't have a 360. Anyone else have one that could try this theory out?

 		I have a 360 won't use the code for something else and I will make a video (I am also a mod on xbox.com if that helps)

Doubtful it would be that obvious, although I have long wondered what that tab is for.

I made the thread over at NeoGAF and just want to be more a part of this. I really want to be around for Server 2 on Saturday!

 		you know, with the whole "key card" thing it reminds me of the forerunner transmission "Learn of our past, take these keys and dip from the wells of history. Prehas through others eyes you may find how to save us"

anyone else see that as being a quote to join SOTA with the codes?

 		woo. Update. But no one has tried their code on xbox live yet? Seems unlikely to me. So if there is an answer, can someone please post it here.

Also, those waiting for pacakges, the post office was closed yesterday so that may cause some additional delay.

Makes sense, especially with the SOTA flyers being packaged in there. This is probably to coincide with SOTA's new member registration coming up, if nothing else.

Plus, they may have even given some extra time to allow for postal holidays, etc, to make sure the packages would make it on time.
