now it's tagged for removal. And the Voice Mail won't take message anymore

Well I know I accidentally clicked "discussion" not realizing it was a flag. If you click the google link someone posted (of the phone number) you'll find other similar advertisements (pic included) for them hiring people or selling equipment.

EDIT: It also seems like they were >all< posted around 11 am on July 5th. I'm leaning more and more to this being IG.

EDIT again: "Flood Containment Control in an international company that works with local and federal agencies to help clean up water based damage caused by natural phenomenon." That jumped out at me.. seems like some interesting use of the word phenomenon.

Or 4th of July week...judging by the amount of Google hits and other craigslist-ings, I am gonna say this is OOG
if the 4th of july was today then i would say it would be because of 4th of july, but that was 2 days ago, i dont think they would give their employees a 5 day weekend

@mithical, i did the same thing too... oops

It says holiday week, not weekend.

Okay this is interesting. I did a google maps for this company, and they list sites A, B, C, E, and F, but site D. Does this seem strange to anyone else?

Oh and I was referring to the criagslist ad that got tagged for removal. I emailed the yahoo one to see what I could find out.

Edit: looks like that one was mithical's fault (j/k) but the yahoo one is still good. If I hear anything back, I'll post here

You're not understanding. They are giving the employees the entire week, starting with Monday, off. Seven days. Besides, there are no holidays on 7/7/07.

Not to mention, if this is In-Game, it doesn't matter, as its just a device to hold off on us actually getting info from it until Monday.

Interesting...

Here's an aerial view of the company's Boston address (as given here):

I'm not in Boston myself, but I know from experience where this place is. The waterfront street goes right by South Station, which is located just above the top of this image. The area shown isn't too accesible to the public, judging from the surroundings (security gate to the north, construction to the south, waterfront to the east, and train tracks to the west). There is a parking lot nearby, but I'd guess that it's employees-only.

Uh. No. Last I checked, people don't get out of work for a date that a game development company decides is their own. Its not a hoilday. Its just another day.

Fourth of July is an actual holiday, a national one, one that people get out of work for. Thus, it is more likely that they're getting out of work for the Fourth of July, not a flase holiday made up by a bunch of Game Designers.

Unless said company was fictional and the people responsible for the postings was the same company which celebrates said false holiday. *Wink* *Wink*, *Nudge* *Nudge*.

Seriously though, I think they're just not ready for that part of the game yet (assuming it is in-game, which I'm leaning more and more towards).
