edit - Does anyone know why it's not letting me upload a sound file?

In case anyone's wondering, when the conference call woman says "enter your PIN followed by...", the guy enters:
1 3 1 # -- my guess is it's supposed to be "enter your pin followed by pound" or something like that.
So his pin is 131. Any significance?
EDIT: If anyone wants/cares, here's a mp3 of the "enter your pin" part overlapped with pure, generated touchtones.

We already had that picure which said Flood Containment Control on it. Perhaps there is something on that that we can use?

Best transcript I can produce:
Quote:
Welcome to the (FIRMA?) conferencing center. Please enter your PIN, followed by--
(touchtone PIN - probable 132#)
Password accepted. Now accessing conference archive number 16180, participant 1 2--
Voice 1: --is necessary, and neither is the (doc?) download.
Voice 2: I agree. This isn't going to be a public resource. Uh, pass on the document number so I can delete it.
(pause)
Voice 1: Uh, there's no way to tell yet. Jimmy's looking at the records to find out how many closed sites there are, but as for active cleanups, somewhere around three, four thousand.
(slight pause)
Voice 1: Uh, here it is. Uh, hold on: 402-K-07-002. And it terms of numbers, most of these are past the (DPE?) stage.
(pause)
Voice 2: With a few exceptions: site 34--
Thank you for calling. Good bye.
Based on the pauses and the non sequitur following the first pause, there's a third voice that we're not hearing.

I missed all the fun and had to skim quickly before going to work.
If there's nothing going on at these sites right now could they be good places for SOTA rallies?
