Looks to me like this is a picture of a vertical surface, like a stone wall or something. The main thing that's got me thinking this isn't a top-down view is the metal structure in the upper left corner. It has what appears to be a bolt anchoring it to the wall. Could be the framework for a rotted out shelf or something.
As for the numbers, the 109/104 immediately outside the glyph definitely looks like it was placed there on purpose. The others unfortunately look like wishful thinking.

Perhaps we may be made to choose whether to work with FCC or SOTA? I'm finding alot of advertising for FCC hiring afterall... and membership on the SOTA page...

If that's the case, it's going to be an easy choice for me! I'm sticking with the crazy alien chasers

Personally, I'd rather think Spartan/Reclaimer, and try to control the Flood. You guys search the 'wealth of history' and I'll protect the future

The metal structure you're referring to looks like a hand rail on a ramp to me. In addition the area above it looks like it slopes a bit.

Cool. We'll definitely want people on both sides. I'll stick with discovering the secrets of the Ancients for now, and work on my flood containment skills in September

I personally think we're looking a vertical surface... as marked in the attached image you can see it had cables running to it.

Something else that seems to point to this maybe being in game is
Quote:
All the gear has been used onsite in flood reclamation projects and urban clean up due to natural phenomenon.
My emphasis. They're reclaiming after a 'Flood'. All these coincidences are too spooky to not be IG.
That said imagine how both they and us will feel if this is OOG.

I don't know. The second metal bar (between the stone and the outermost bar) has me thinking it's supposed to support weight across the whole surface area of the structure. Like there should be a piece of plywood or something laying across the frame.
Also I just noticed that the long rectangular thing running down from just below the metal piece. It appears to be the really old conduit they used to use on the outside of older homes (and coincidentally is still attached to my home). You can even see the wires sticking out the bottom of it.
This all leads me to believe we're looking at the exterior wall of a home and we're supposed to be seeing the "flood damage" to this home. It would appear that the mold/moss just happens to have formed a vary recognizable shape.
I also just realized that it's incredibly likely that none of this is of even the slightest importance Oh well. It's something to talk about while we wait on the updates I guess

EDIT: Doh! frontieruk beat me to pointing out the conduit!

I don't know. I mean have you seen the wrought/cast iron looking hand rails on older ramps, they had the two levels of hand holds. I guess one level was for kids or something. The conduit could be for wiring running under the ramp to whatever's on the other side.
I'm not saying you're wrong, just posing an alternate possiblity
