 		In any case, the one note definitely says something about "AR". Does this confirm that the cams are IG?

 		In Bungie's Halo-land, "AR" can also mean "Assault Rifle". It commonly does. Also, now I'm thinking that PIE is an acronym, considering that it's "less than (<) CAKE".

Yes, I saw him. He appears to be a janitor. I work in a different building, and see these guys in the evening with their grey canister backpack vacuum cleaners with purple tops, as you can see in the picture when you zoom in.

A little birdie I know who's been to this building says it's the hallway to the lobby of the building, and the cutout is Master Chief (big surprise).



a friend of mine was watching it at the same time i was, and we both saw someone wearing shorts and a dark tee, didnt look like a janitor, but whatevs, could be. But yea i kinda thought it was a bungie on site cam or something. thanks

Yeah i know you mean, our guy was wearing shorts, but i dont remember the color of the tshirt,... otherwise he might be the same guy nonetheless...

otherwise, is it just me or did they add another figurine in the second photo?

It's obvious that the two are related, and that "PIE CAM" is important...although I don't think it has anything to do with pie being grainy.

On a search or two, I found the following to be interesting acronyms associated with PIE and CAKE:

PIE: Persistent Identification Element
CAKE: Chase, Attack, Kill, Eat (a lion's instinct)

It also occurred to me that "AK" is part of "hAKim", and they're both in "-" marks. Now who is Jesse?

Just to follow up here, the note on the right in cam0 changed between 3:36:32 PM and 3:36:50 PM.

The note on the left in cam0 changed between 3:41:08 PM and 3:41:26 PM.

All times PDT. There is certainly a little error due to the cameras not having an updated image every time you load the page.

cam2 was, not surprisingly, about the same.

cam3-9 did not change all day.

cam1 had more activity, but was nonetheless not that interesting. As I mentioned before, I heard it is a main hallway in Bungie. Not surprisingly, there's a fair bit of human traffic throughout the day.

I created a zip file that contains every image where the camera's view changed visibly from the previous picture, taken every 15 seconds. So you can see each unique image as well as approximately how long in seconds the image was visible for (so you can tell how long someone sat on that bench talking on their cell phone, hee hee). Again, I think most of this is OOG. I don't know if there's some tidbit in there that is in game. If nothing else, you can see how Bungie's hallway looks throughout the day and watch a sunset (near the end).

It's hard to tell how often the cameras update. They seem sporadic or buggy. cam0 has no way to tell, as far as I can see. cam1 updates roughly 1.5 min, but sometimes there are sequences where it lapses back to the previous image or updates about every 15 seconds. Perhaps it's somewhat motion-sensitive? cam2 is likewise buggy in that I definitely see it jumping back and forth between two images for a streak of three images in a row, then continuing happily. Weird.

It seems to me as though the top sticky note has four dashes, or blanks, and the note stuck to the bottom that is visible more in the Pie Cam contains the 4 missing letters.

The first three definitely seem like A R and W, but the last one is hard to see.

That could be one way to fill out the letters. I'm not sure what to do with them if we do figure it out. I tried web searching some combinations and came up with nothing.

 		Pie vs. Cake is an inside joke on Rooster Teeth (nsfw, for language), the makers of the Halo machinima series Red vs. Blue. Pie < Cake probably refers to that.

 		Also after watching video of frankie's tour of bungie, "the path of doom" in camera 2 is the area where people wait since the rest of the studio is on halo 3 lockdown. Pretty much only bungie employees make it past that hallway, while everyone else is forced to wait there and look at all their awards. So its entirely possible that there will be many pictures of random people

That makes SO much more sense. Now I wish I'd watched all the rest of RvB instead of just the first 2 seasons.... *sigh* Was the rest of it any good?

Also, do you guys think that knowing this puts it OOG?

I thought rvb was consistently hilarious all through the first two seasons. I don't think I've seen the third (is there a third?).

I have this weird feeling that every day they put up one OOG postit and one or more IG postits. Yesterday, the PIE < CAKE postit was put up first. Maybe there's a trend that the OOG postit always comes first?
